Actually Neil, it’s been proven imo from the previous response where aex declared the work programme for 2020 at 40 million. Solo pushed back and aex corrected it back to a contingent budget. Without a license I doubt they are able to spend on things like seismic without SOLOs agreement. Legally, without a license in place, they must be able to justify their position. Post license, as has been communicated, they only need two parties of the jv with 65% to ‘win the vote’. Strong message and not great for solo, but all post license.

And if you want to make even more on your convictions (almost wrote condition) you could sell on Monday, open a short all the way to 68p and then buy 4x plus of the shares you have now - then sell at 180. So many choices when you ‘know’ where the share price is heading.

I think this is just part of the organisation overhaul that has been carried out across BT. Glad to see it goes to the top (almost). All of this change, alongside a lot of expenditure is why I think the share price is down (excluding the last week or so). It’s the right thing to do long term, but short to medium pain. Give it a year or, most likely, 2-3 and hopefully it will be showing rewards ahead. Dust needs to settle.

Not only have they moved the call centres back to the UK, but they are also trying to move calls to call centres as local as possible to where the call is coming from. There is a lot coming from BT in terms of improving customer service and its already showing signs of improving with there current complaints at the industry standard and still improvements to come. Problem is, you only hear the bad stories.

You can tell when the powers that be are shorting. These boards are just one of the cogs in the wheel. Should be criminal.

Sometimes you make money from solidifying your loss and buying back in cheaper. It sounds like you are expecting it to drop, so wouldn't that be the best thing to do? Difficult times ahead.

Hi Sambo, I didn't ask that question and I doubt they would say as it sets expectations that might not be met. I did ask about the meeting that was mentioned in the RNS and whether they could give me a date, but as expected (and for the same reason), they couldn't say.

Fleccy, I don’t mean this as an attack on you. You have a long-term relaxed strategy with BT and I can’t say I disagree with it. Posting on this bb as much as you do kind of suggests it isn’t so relaxed. If investing in BT, rather than trading, just check once a week (or day, as is the temptation these days, but so much better without). Obviously we are in a different times now with covid, but just generally. These boards are full of ****.

Agree with your posts sentiment, but regardless of how obvious the self-imposed damage is to the governments own target of middle income by 2025, they continue with the slow pace. I doubt we’ll hear anything from Aminex for a month at least after getting what was a positively written rns with everything still on the caveat of the license. Even aminex could only quote media as their source for positivity, which is pretty poor. I believe it will all get sorted this year and could be in the next month or so, but this year is probably more realistic.
