These options are supposed to incentivise. Are you saying that somehow those issued at 0.86 had any impact and getting us to 1.3 through the efforts of the BoD? They should be given options that can only be exercised at the option price once a target is met and for me that should be 8p minimum. They are taking the p!ss at the moment.

These options are normally given a price at which they can be taken to give an incentive. I think the last lot were set to 8.5p but I may be out by a penny.

I read this slightly different. Sounds to me like Solo weren't that happy moving forward with prep work without the license extension. Maybe they have now been satisfied that they will 'accelerate at the appropriate time'. Previously just trying to put some urgency on the government without actually doing anything.

And to add, they’ve had aminex over a barrel for a very long time already and have only shown support. They could have fooked them over a long time ago if they wanted to.

The money will be to pay for Ruvuma progress and not because they need it to keep the lights on. Aminex can then claim it back pro-rata once the farmout completes. I’d say they have enough to keep the lights on for h1 2020.

And just being finicky, Work Programmes and Budgets is one item to which would still be associated with the fast-track items they reference at the beginning. Ignore me though :)

Reading the SOLO RNS is it just the fast-track items that are the issue i.e. do you think the rest of the plan was worked on with SOLO consulted? Reading their statement it may be that they were aware of the plan, just not the fast-track items.

Yep, and then there’s all the fast food outlets and all the promotion / marketing that goes with it and then they wonder why obesity is such an issue. I’m in Devon so good access to farm shops which are actually well priced and the difference is massive in quality. Stay away from supermarkets if you can.

Well you’re certainly less grumpy than you were a year or two ago, so the regime seems to be working wonders :) I might need to look at the same.

I've seen a couple of posts questioning whether the 40m will be just Aminex/APT's share. It will be the full amount so 10m expected from SOLO.

Absolutely think it is, but it also shows they feel confident enough to at least use that communications tactic. Before they clearly felt they could say nothing as they had little or no confidence of any movement. So, whilst i still don’t think they have much idea of when the license will land, it looks like they believe in ‘soon’ whatever that may be ;)
