the other peer stock where also lower some more, the FTSE finish 61 points lower and Brent was more of the day lower than $67 the same as at close.

ENQ was only down 3.1% or 0.65p

I’m out too. There’s no real evidence from IMM that this situation can be salvaged. The SP likely to tank now as the volume dries up and this share becomes a ghost town. Live to fight another day made huge losses but moving on!

Not exactly offloading all, for the last 8 month, they go up and down on their percent, most likely depending on the share price relating to Oil price, making some money on the process, the lowest they have been during this time was 0.29%.
If they move to that low again then they have to buy back a few million alright

Crazy Opening and closing UT this days
We had this morning an opening UT of 20.35p from the already low closing of 21.05p yesterday

08:00:01 - 20.35p - 708 - UT spread 20.35 - 20.60p

21 hours without trades on LSE but working again since 8:43am

The main shorter "Marshall Wace" has been reducing once again on the 18th
so things are looking good

no luck today with the UT 21.05p but very large trade 3.2M culminating on over 11M volume, much the same as some days in December and early January.

Short term are very useful if one is trading, so understanding how they work helps on these decisions.
For the last couple days SP have gone over the upper Band ( sell ) but the Bands are opening up after reaching a very narrow points last week at 18p and is expanding higher and those cases can occur but one should not take much action for that reason.

re - 3 months makes sense. It is also the period with most volume. You can see from here that volume falls off sharply after

I take that after the RI and placing there was plenty of loose shares on the Market during those early 3 month of the chart , but since most have been found a home, therefore the volume has been lower.

I suspect the order book with the UT at the beginning and end of the day tell us a lot of cycles on the share price high/low short term, like this morning 21.90p, The price was over on the Upper Bollinger Band.

We will have to look long term on the stock as for the last couple days the Oil price is not helping

I see today most oil stocks on the way down as well as ENQ

A strange attitude of the order book, starting the day UT at 21.90p the resistance point on the chart, after yesterday's closing UT also much higher than it should be 21.30p

Oil futures are prices paid a couple month ahead, usually is only a few pence more than the real prices paid, it gives a good indication of what is going on.

Profits are very important for the valuation of the company as is the large debt of the company, but as there are plenty of posters on that field already today, I add what I can of what is daily going on on the intraday chart and long term also.

UT @ 21.30p with 113,865 shares good size

Much higher than the spread it finished 21.10 v 21.15p bullish

Oil price had the spike down and bounce back most of the losses with the usual $1 from the intraday high to low $66.6/65.6
But share price has managed to hold into yesterday close 20.95p as a very strong support all day.

Managing to break the Intraday high of 21.45p on the push starting at 12 pm and reaching 21.575p and holding so far around those prices.
The UPtrend continues as the overhang of shares after the last placing looks now is getting to an end

The next BREAKOUT would be on going over 23p that was last intraday high on early January

There is still some "0" sells but just now a 220K buy paying premium 21.20p when the offer was 21.15p augurs well, there was another 40K buy also.

All that you say is only true if you can believe what the management says, that has been the problem for many investors.
Time is running out for the company on fixing the debt if they want to attract those investors, as there is no interest on looking on the trades lately, apart for attracting sellers as the bid price reaches 5.50/5.60p. I am reaching the conclusion, that must be their target selling price apart from size from the Market Makers that most of the time are keeping the size very small meaning not able to sell at that higher bid.
