Though I have been following the stock for years and buying from time to time I take the plunge when the charts tell me they are on the turn like now and can make a few £'s

I missed buying last October when around the 80'p due to already being fully invested, but this time was lucky to have the funds after the retrace.

A spike rise always comes with a retrace, which was between 50 and 61.8% and then rise again

A week ago, I heard a comment that a group was trying to buy Bonnier's (wife) stake. The news today from Eliot & Luther comes as no surprise to me, most likely whatever the group has plus 4.32% of Bonnier representing more than 10% than (“E&L” said.
The main reason was to get Bonnier out of the company shareholding list, as at the moment is not on the good list of things going on.
Or just in case he is trying to sell the shares in the market and do more damage to the already been done lately.

Buyers and sellers are matched at the end of an auction’s call period, not only at the end of the day as you say 16:35, but also at 9am, 11 am and 14pm.
