World No1 Newmont is already on board funding Anza and they also hold 18% Major holding in OMI.

World No8 Angico Eagle is also on board 50/50 JV who specialise in Columbia holding 19.9% of surrounding gold assets.

They are due to give OMI another 4m cash to add to their 6m cash pile.

Just highlighting the incessant emphasis on the threat of dilution on hypothetical scenarios when the current success and focus is obviously a very strong hand invoking 2 world leading majors backing of the company making asset and how it continually proves itself to be more and more derisked

Anything else is coming across as the usual scare tactics of the threat of dilution.

No debt, 6m on the balance sheet and due for a further 4m from the majors. Not to mention a stockpile of cores being readied for further announcement.

Go find another stock with this major backing and low cap. You won’t find one but if you did something tells me you wouldn’t be happy with that either.

Leaving one rig at APTA to continue infill drilling whilst the other rigs are prepared for the next site. Meaning they are happy what they have found so far at APTA to complete infills for future production plans.

Brad gave a forward looking plan to put their strong cash position to use. A cash position which is due to strengthen as he would be very surprised if the majors did not carry forward to Phase 2 derisking Anza yet again and giving them another 4m cash to play with making their total balance 10m with no debt and no overheads to cover at Anza as all funding is covered by the majors.

OMI are in a strong position to take time looking at other cost effective JV’s and will choose wisely. They are running very conservatively and not using OMI as a lifestyle company.
