OMI own 100% now. Drops to 25% once proved up and the money is spent doing so free to OMI on the deal. It is being proved up all along. Phase 2 starting sept omi own 49% and Newmont and Agnico share 51%.

The 30m is before it is proven to hold anything. Apta has derisked Anza allowing them to spread further afield to prove up more at which stage the resource will be worth more not 30m.
