Doesn't bare thinking about! They weren't far off going under earlier this year before accumulating huge debt. Very concerning situation considerating the large amounts of money their using up each month just to stay afloat. They have obviously underestimated how much they need just to tick over. Didn't think they would be asking for more so soon after the last loan. Difficult to know what to do with my stock but one thing is for sure, I will keep a very close eye on the sp in case i need to bail out quickly and I would suggest everyone else does too. The debt problem is the main reason the sp is so slow to recover as compared to Jet2. Tui have dropped today and Jet2 have increased. Sorry to sound negative everyone but can anyone persuade me otherwise with good reasoning?

I hope your positivity proves correct. Huge potential for the future but that huge debt!! Thomas Cook springs to mind. Had my fingers burned there and dont want that to happen again. Holding here so will keep my eye closely on any drops.

It's nice to think your right but the news that Tui is now after another 1.8 billion in state aid is a disaster. The nice rise this week is now going to be kicked into touch with this news. Another big backward step coming I think !!

This fall is nothing to do with vaccines or covid, it's something more specific to Tui , whatever it is?

Turning into a bit of a bloodbath the sp today. Just dosnt make sense that Tui has fallen and Jet2 increased. Obviously some reason specific to Tui that's causing the fall.

The rns is not good news , it is negative not positive. Yes it gives leeway for the next 8 weeks or so but it also more or less gives an ultimate end date for the company of the 31st August which in turn now gives a highly pressurised situation as regards staying viable.

Your making Me laugh Big.show. You obviously don't understand the resolve of British people and indeed their German counterparts. As soon as there is an inkling of things settling down and travel is given the green light then there will be a mad mad rush to book holidays this year because people want to get away and put all this behind them and they like holidays. You obviously don't understand the share market either. Any positive news by a company can have a huge upward impact on their sp even in these adverse conditions ( wether this is sustained or not ) and as the poster you mock states , the sp tomorrow could signigicantly increase of which I agree. Of course the deal with Fosun will go through. 100% guaranteed. All this negativity that is being put out is smoke and mirrors to put pressure on stakeholders to accept the deal.

If any body thinks Fosun will pull out of any deal withTC then you are delusional. Fosun have been overtly and covertly tied to TC for a long time now. Imho A long standing plan is being exicuted between the two. They are now too deeply tied together for their plan to fail and they will jointly try anything that they feel they need to , to fulfil their plan. The latest news of Fosun having cold feet is just a smokescreen to once again peg back an increasing sp just as they tried last time regarding the extra 150m being needed. The two parties are obviously concerned either that the sp is reflecting too much value in the company to make their underhanded deal look even worse than it is or their is a third party putting pressure on the value of their corrupt deal. But make no mistake , they are pulling the strings together.
