been through many a rights issue, usually an enjoyable experience.

Slim may be having to buy to offset their shorts in this as they have shorts that were open last pre 6pm last night have been caught averaging up.

This may also be why the share price has not fallen to the 139p drop indicated at the start of trade earlier.

Just me, I like to see the credit to be sure.

As the document explains it uses the words - proposed expected etc - all normal. I do not recall one pulled so I expect it to go ahead like the rest.

I was hoping to buy more rights entitlement but the reocrd date had passed. Would have been fun loke SSPG.

I am happy however that only prior shareholders will gain an entitlement to the the rights and like TUI is should end well or at least give investors opportunities adjust their investment.

Your comment is wrong.

The non-crest comment is what is it - it refers to shareholders who do not hold their shares electronically!

Of course Crest / nominee shareholders are entitled to rights.

There is money to be made and lost here.
I am waiting for the confirmation of the RI and then will consider reducing or adding. As you know for me it is all about me reducing my average costs.

Looks a bit like TUI, a good deal for existing holders with an opportunity to trim or add depending on your future views.

Yes, so if you sell some of your holding now to run the rights issue you are entitled to buy the rights issue shares at 410p on the basis of 31 / 47 held.

Hypothetically if you had 1000 shares bought at £8 yesterday, you could sell them for £7.15p. £7150 realising a loss of £850 and be entitled to 659 shares (via rights issue) costing £4.10 per share = £2,701.90.

If the premium than exists remains (I expect it to close towards £6.38 TERP ) you could sell the rights at a profit. Depending on the price there is still a game on here.

Now if I had a short at £5 and the TERP was £6.38 and trading above that level, I would be more concerned.

As it is my average cost per share is much lower than the current price and any premium over the 410p take up will only reduce my average further.

Admittedly, in a good place here with my positioning so GLA

Just repeating the mantra from the RNS and disclosing nothing new. It could have been a 400p 800p 1200p bid or higher for all we know.

Asking for colour on the bid offer, don't expect an answer of worth.

Conference call - lots of positives but lots of caveats. However, happy to remain on board and take up rights.

Covid will be accepted as a normalised morbidity.

US will open up again.
Covid tests will be included at a reasonable cost bu the travel companies.
People will continue to travel.
Business travel will not recover for a long time.

Atm I am in a packed out restaurant tonight and no one is the slightest bit worried, a group if 6 waiters just serenaded a birthday girl.

No social distancing in sight.

With my low average any fund raising will actual increase my average cost.

Will probably be taken as good news a few days later and securing the future to enable competitive advantage.
