Yes I posted that earlier on CBG - interesting to see if the ligitation firm action taken by VANQ has had an impact on the level of claims. £250 up front would cut the tripe out of the spurious claims and help sentiment here even though we know we are not directly affected by the CBG LLOY issue.

Over the 10% threshold so could be about to get serious. Got some sub £3 and then the special dividend on the 14th is paid. If it stays low or lower, seems a no brainer to reinvest it here. Added a few more.

Industry executives said that Ms Thomas had argued for a much lower fee - said to be as low as £25.

Good riddance. One bone of contention was she pushed for a £25 fee for the CMCs rather than the £250 likely.

The lower fee would have allowed disruption by spurious claim companies, the £250 will put many off. Likely to be an upfront fee for all claims.

Trading this as great news if this is the direction of travel.
