I do rather enjoy reading the posts in the PRG. Noel, Snowking and Deadeye are rather conspicuous in their absence of late. However despite some more realistic posts, which is good to see, some are still hopeful. Gareth Lintern, bless his cotton socks, is still so naive to think that all is well and there'll be production soon. Dave Ellis is hoping for a steady rise ahead of the 10th. Sorry folks that's just not going to happen, GR will miss his deadline and the SP will continue to drop ahead of no news, more significant drops than of late because retail investors will no longer take the risk. Then comes the discounted placing and the EGM, could well be sub 0.05 by close of play Friday Not a good week to be holding PREM shares, but I'm sure Hasiba will be buying more!

Sprint, if you honestly believe that PREM will produce SC6 by July 10th then you really need to do some more research into the company that you've invested in. I'd suggest looking first at the timelines the company has quoted in the various RNS and the changing position, ambiguity and confusion contained within. The 10th July date seems to have become flexible and is now w/c 10th July, which happens to be a Wednesday, whilst I can defer to others superior knowledge over what constitutes the start of a week, I'm sure we can all agree that by any interpretation, a week does not commence on a Wednesday. The 10th July deadline (flexible as it now appears to be) is for completion of the installation of the conditioner. This kit will then require integration and optimisation which isn't a quick process, all the while costing the company money that they just don't have. George has clearly done his best to try and get the SP up ahead of the inevitable placing but the market is now au fait with what's clear and obvious as far as the company are concerned and the buyers clearly aren't there any more. The sellers managed to get out and patiently await the next opportunity to get what will undoubtedly be highly discounted placing shares and flip them to the mug punters who believe to tales of wealth beyond your wildest dreams. Those predictions of 3p by the likes of Charles Archer, Snowking, Noel, DEB and the other supporters of the PRG have been proven to be wildly inaccurate, question you've got to ask yourself is who can you trust? Those that will sell into the liquidity you provide by buying on their assurances or promises of a much higher SP or those that have consistently challenged that position even whilst the price was rising up to over 1p and now sits at around 90% lower than at that time.

Listen to the arguments from both sides to make an informed decision, don't be blinded by unfounded claims of untold wealth, look at the history, do the research and make the decision based on the facts.

I'm anti PREM as an investment right now, however I believe in the resource, I've previously stated and I stand by this statement that if GR steps down and they get a CEO with proven mining experience then I've got £100k I'll put in without batting an eyelid, that is conditional on the inevitable next 2 funding rounds being sorted

Pincer if you're sniffing around PREM all you should be smellingbis Ammonium Sulphide, there's a couple of stink bombs to be dropped in the form of an imminent discounted placing of all the available shares followed by an EGM for at least 5 billion more shares probably closer to 10 billion more with an immediate share issue to pay a legal debt of around $1 million at the prevailing share price, so likely a little over another billion shares to churn through when they hit the market. If I were sniffing around PREM I'd wait for these 2 events to pass and then look a little closer at the company and the CEO history before making a decision.

Luthee would that be the civils that according to the 29th May RNS would be completed by 10th June? According to that RNS they'll need 10 days to go off before installation of the unit can commence, so that's going to happen on or around 30th June.and again according to that RNS another 20 days to install the unit. So that takes us to around 20th July, not the 10th of July, not even the week commencing the 10th July as per the last RNS, George clearly lives in his own little timezone and calendar as 10th July is a Wednesday. Attention to detail is something we know GR isn't very good at but putting out information in an RNS with confirmed timelines based on what I assume is the 2023 Calendar is pretty poor by any standard. Unless of course he means 2028 when the next w/c 10th July occurs.

The guy cannot get simple things right, so it's no surprise Zulu is in the mess it is and not producing any SC6 this side of Q4.

Sprint indeed you did I should have used whywastetime in my muppet post rather than you, so for that I apologise. I don't talk the price down, I present the facts as I see them. You talk of successful SC6 production as if it's a given and all will be well. This is the problem with the misguided influence and misinformation provided from all sources including the company. As it stands Zulu, whilst theoretically capable of producing SC6, in reality has not and can not. It has produced approximately 360 tonnes of an asbyet unknown but admittedly less than SC6 quality. The company today released an official REGULATED news service announcement with a statement from the CEO of a LISTED company that read:

"Premier sincerely hope the conditioning tank will be the last plant modification" yet in previous REGULATED new statements the company has confirmed that the sorters will likely require replacing, indeed in this statement they confirm "Test work for the correct sorter solution has now commenced" is that on its own not another modification required? Surely it cannot be as George has clearly already stated in the RNS that he sincerely hopes the conditioning tank will be the last modification. Does he actually know what's going on or is he trying to obfuscate with his language. How about the magnetic separator that cannot separate the planets most magnetic material from the ore? Doesn't that need to be replaced too? No news on all the control system issues, I'm sure uou remember about those control systems that cannot talk to each other and shut down the wrong parts of the plant when things go wrong.

GR is once again misleading shareholders into what he hoped was a decent rise to get the next placing away. The telegramp group fell for it, Deadeye was back on X spouting the rhetoric. Snowking not yet made an appearance though so must be inside ahead of the placing. The other group much more level headed aside from maybe a couple of die hard believers

Sprint, I apologise if you're offended by my little bit of a humorous post, I'm not scared of anything and certainly not afraid of a PREM rerate as you and I both know that's not going to happen any time soon. If I were so inclined, I'd go short on PREM in the full conviction that at leat 2 placings and 1 share issue amounting to billions more shares to be flipped hitting the market in the next 3 to 4 weeks.

Botuney, one should never assume anything. I would never make such a statement without the appropriate evidence.

Be careful what you read and the motives of those that write these articles. The author of this particular article was busy ramping PREM saying 3p was possible and all the while by his own admission he was selling at 1p

Dazed, it's not a bargain it will continue to drop as the market is fully aware that a discounted raise is imminent, rapidly followed by an EGM, rapidly followed by the issuing of over a billion shares to China Zenith and then another discounted capital raise. All the while the SP will continue to fall as those many billions of shares are flipped to the rose tinted spectacle wearers who cannot see what's happening. The agreed Zulu valuation is purely a paperwork exercise for the long stop date. If PREM don't survive that long then it's value will be far less as a distressed asset when settling with creditors.

Anyone daft enough to consider buying really ought to wait for the next raise and subsequent EGM and raise, both will be at a discount to the prevailing SP. Even with the plant not running they're incurring costs which are wiping out the already dwindling bank balance, wages need to be paid, bills need to be paid, material costs for the civils (should they ever get finished), $200k for the tank plus anything else will have pretty much wiped out the cash reserves from the recent placing(s). Going forward there's still expensive kit to be bought to attempt to fix the plant issues, new sorters, new mag sep etc all of which will need to be paid for, then there's GR loan and the share payment to China Zenith, the latter is getting bigger in terms of shares to be issued as the SP continues to fall. When he does finally settle with them, it's unlikely they'll be looking to hold onto those shares s that'll be another billion or more shares to be sold further depressing the share price. Its certainly not looking good for anyone buying now and looking rather miserable for those with much higher averages.

Ballymena, PREM lost the EPO rights earlier this year, March, if I remember rightly and it hasn't been renewed, most likely due to PREMs inability to produce what they told the Zim government they could produce. George lies to shareholders, he lies to offtake partners, he lies to governments. The facts are clear and obvious, Snowking knows it which is why he'll be here talking of expected production in July or untold riches from Mutare, Goozee knows it which is why he's selling his shares into the liquidity provided by those convinced this is a decent investment, after all he's got to recoup his losses from COPL. Check out all those that were ramping that one, lots of familiar names. Didn't quite work out for them there. Probably not a good idea to follow them into this disaster.

Looking like that July deadline for installation is being pushed back with the civils not being completed yet. If they had been then it would have been all over X and the PRG would be shooting their loads into boxes of Kleenex. Cash running out, remedial works being delayed, debts not being paid, I'm also hearing that a number of issues have been raised with the FCA which will potentially require investigation. Georges lack of honesty and integrity maybe finally caught up with him? Interesting times ahead, we all know what's definitely coming in terms of a raise and an egm but what of the potential FCA investigation, will George delay the accounts and suspend? He's been late with them before and suspended or will he now get the placing done ASAP?

I don't think the placing will be at a 50% discount, more like 20 or 25%, that said with the HE1 placing it could be difficult to get one away at less than 50% the city boys will decide what they're willing to pay and George will have no choice but to agree or go down an alternative route. I'm more interested in the upcoming EGM and how many shares he'll be asking for. Acker has suggested, and I agree, he will need the equivalent of about £10 million to cover costs and future expenses as we all know that the current modifications will not be the last required to get this plant to nameplate production, if it can actually achieve that. I envisage a call for 15 billion more shares (due to the current share price am expected discount) that should be enough to pay his debts, keep paying wages (most importantly Georges) and keep the lights on until the end of the year. I'm not sure Canmax will be supportive but we shall see when the EGM call comes

Basically they agree that massive dilution is incoming, we all know this to be true and when it comes I'm sure Noel and Snowking will tell you all how they knew it was inevitable and "priced in" after they've sold down their holdings to participate in the placings.

Don't fall for it, do your own research and see these charlatans for exactly what they are. They'll sleep soundly knowing they've banked profits whilst you lose out on their promises of untold riches. You only need tonread some of the group posts.

People have invested inheritances, pensions, home improvement funds, taken out loans,maxed out credit cards and gone all in on the word of these people. They're now sitting on massive losses and in a desperate situation mentally, emotionally and physically. Noel doesn't care, Snowking doesn't care, they're ramping they're book and they justify it by saying nobody forced you to buy.

Seems like Noel has been going off on one and removing anyone with any willingness to post anything doubting PREM. A Psychologist would really enjoy talking with him, a truer case of denialism would unlikely be found.

The other group however that seems to consist of ex PRG "Premmings" seems to be a little more realistic with a great informative discussion this evening. One post struck me as being very apt:

"Canmax won't be buying more shares or giving PREM additional finance. They've had first refusal on all placings since their initial investment and I think they only took that opportunity once (I may be wrong on that) certainly since force majeure they've not added to their position so I don't think the relationship is quite as good as GR makes out. Only options aside from dilution is to monetise some assets, Circum and or Mutare, Mutare likely worthless as partner paid a nominal fee (I.e next to nothing) so I can't see GR getting much more than a nominal fee, Circum has been dragging on and on so certainly not worth anything close to the DFS money he used to pay for it. Do we still own MNH? I've lost track. RHA is pretty much worthless and a continued cost, that pretty much leaves dilution. He has significant bills to pay that he hasn't the headroom for, his loan (which he could defer) and China Zenith. Zulu costs continue to accrue even with the plant shutdown, conditioner is circa $200k then we'll need new sorters and a new mag sep which I'm sure won't be cheap. The traditional bank financing was based on successful sales which aren't happening any time soon, assuming they'll loan against what has been produced, otherwise it'll be much longer wait. He'll have to call an EGM and soon, its his only option to get the headroom he needs to raise sufficient capital. Imho he would be wise to look for immediate access to at least 5 million and the option for another 5 million as a fallback and that should be enough to cover and subsequent unforseen circumstances"
