Traders starting to exit, back down it goes. How much will it drop after what will be the usual car crash George interview?
George "anticipated" production of SC6 in March, April, May, June and in recent interviews he didn't "anticpate" or "foresee" any further issues. The man clearly has no idea what's going on at Zulu or he's lying to shareholders or being lied to by contractors possibly all 3!
Acker probably very soon, I would have thought they've raised invoices for recent works carried out.
PD101, I too envisage a fair bit of regret, but not from sellers. Interesting that Chief X ramped Deadeyebeaky has admitted to the telegramp group that he was told by a large holder to sell at 1p just before the big drop
This is comedy gold. PREM blaming Stark in the RNS, Stark blaming PREM on social media. You couldn't make this up, clearly noone has any idea what's going on! There's certainly no production of SC6 going on and the 2 CEOs won't accept responsibility.
No doubt Hollywood will be knocking on George's door soon to buy the rights to the future blockbuster "How not to build a lithium mine"
Oh no!!!!! My name is going on a list, I've travelled back in time to when I was 5
Hasiba, you conveniently missed off the end of the sentence, so I will finish it for you:
"on completion of the optimisation."
The plant still isn't optimised and hasn't been for months. GR is pointing out very clearly that the plant is currently not capable of producing SC6 and he's telling you very clearly that the November shipping deadline will be missed. It's as plain as can be.
Nelly the offtake agreement is clear on this, it's a rolling average:
"Settlement of the Advance Purchase Amount should commence no later than 1 November 2023 at a minimum rate of 1,000 tonnes per month on a rolling average basis plus or minus 10%"
Hasiba the plant isnt producing the right quality, that's a fact its producing low grade spodumene which is clear from the RNS on Friday.
Everything else you've stated is irrelevant, if they can't produce and ship SC6 then Zulu is just another RHA plant that had the potential but failed. The cash in the bank will not last long especially with the November and likely December payments to Canmax. There will be a raise in the foreseeable future of that I'm sure
Anglebox788 the agreement is to produce 1000 tonnes ±10% on a monthly rolling average so the clock doesn't reset. If they deliver nothing in November, they'll need to deliver 1800 minimum in December if they deliver 2000 in December they'll only need to deliver 700 in January to maintain the average. November delivery is the key one as anything short of the contracted amount of SC6 means they'll be playing catchup for the next few months and that's why cashflow will become an issue.
It's not for me to find solutions to George's and Starks shortcomings. It's a George and Stark problem and for the last 9 months they've not found a solution just more problems. My guess is theyll write off 2023 get the placing out of the way and hope to get it sorted in Q1 2024, shareholder dilution to the tune of around another 10billion shares won't phase George. Has there ever been an AIM company with over 30 billion shares in issue? There could be soon!!
I guess you've never invested in an oiler, drill companies often take shares as payment for the cost of the drill, they're happy to take the gamble on discovery vs duster, discovery its a big payday, duster you lose out. Starkbto date have failed to deliver what they promised they would. Their CEO has been absolutely disgraceful with his social media posts worse even than the Pandora telegramp group and should be held to account for this and his company's failure at every stage of this project. Those shares hit the market next week and they'll be sold to get whatever they can for them. According to George, Stark have cashflow issues, which isn't surprising given their performance on this project, so the CEO has no doubt elected to take shares in the hope that it would be perceived as a positive and the SP rise. Obviously wasn't expecting the dire rns from yesterday which basically blamed his company for everything that's wrong and the upcoming missed deadline and 1.5 million cost to PREM, so he went on the defensive on X with more ludicrous assertions.
PREM are in a dire situation right now, they'll miss the November production target and whatever the telegramp group will tell you the rolling average is a monthly rolling average so they'll have to produce double by Xmas which won't happen so that's 3 million of the cash reserves gone. Placing incoming by month end may even need an EGM to increase headroom if its looking really bad (and it is looking really bad)
Infinity, Madderson is fighting for his company reputation, he's not going to publicly acknowledge they've managed a project that is just way beyond their capabilities. Their failure to achieve production is costing them millions, the reputational damage must be considerable and the ckmpleyely unprofessional behaviour of their CEO on social media smacks of desperation.
Infinity888 it's what the RNS isn't telling you that should be of concern. It's not telling you
1. What grades of concentrates are being produced, they need SC6 so its likely to be lower grades (probably a lot lower or they'd have said they were decent / good / nearly there)
2. When the plant optimisation will be completed (everything depends on that being completed, if its not then no SC6 and a missed deadline with the associated payment to Canmax)
It's a mess right now and if they're fast approaching becoming "Cash constrained" once again if they don't get the plant into production of SC6 within the next week to 10 days at most
Wullie14, it's individuals like you and uour loathsome attitude and appalling behaviour towards some in here that deserve everything you get.
"Zulu is producing concentrates, (NOT SC6 RIGHT NOW) and we anticipate that these concentrates will meet the required specification .. .... on completion of the optimisation process (WHEN WILL THAT BE?) Meeting the 1,000-ton shipment of Spodumene concentrate required by 25 November 2023 .....will be largely dependent on the resolution of the ongoing commissioning and optimisation issues referred to above, the overall plant performance and the delivery of competent grade to the plant. (HIGHLY UNLIKELY NOVEMBER DEADLINE WILL BE MET)
Horult, missing the November deadline is a pretty big thing as it's going to cost PREM $1.5 million. Will they be able to produce enough in December with the mill being replaced over the Christmas break, that's likely another week or 10 days without production, that will then cost them another $1.5 million which I'm very sure they cannot afford. How much headroom does George have left for future placings? He'll want his loan back first so that's gonna be his next priority.
Oh Dear
Hasiba, a full bag of what? Dust? Sand? GRs laundry?
I do enjoy a good conspiracy theory. I'm sure there are several people here that invest in the same share as I do with another poster here. What's more telling is your unwillingness to debate the issues and prefer to allude to multiple identities. I don't need multiple identities to point out the issues here, they're plain and obvious. I've no agenda to buy in lower I'm not buying any PREM right now, I learned my lesson with RHA and George's inability to stop himself from issuing shares when there was no need to. All those projects that were full of promise but came to nothing, that raise for the rus at zulu that got spent elsewhere on a carrot dangling project that's come to nothing. All the evidence is there, you just need to analyse it, take a step back, look at that big picture then risk assess. That risk assessment to me says not a cat in hells chance will this pay off this year. Maybe next year given fair winds but certainly not in 2023
Horult, you're wrong, the only thing that is known right now is that to date PREM have produced zero SC6, they've got bags of something in the warehouse that was "suggested" was SC6 in a previous rampy video from Stockbox but clearly wasn't and now we have radio silence. In the telegramp group Snowking has tried to manage expectations by saying SC5 would be good. Got to love the wild imaginations of the PREM faithful, the what if scenarios of the rose tinted glasses wearers. Be pragmatic and realistic, take a step back and look at this objectively, what does all the evidence tell you?
