Yes, but look at what has REALLY happed at Dalradian. The BOD & their major investor, Osisko, together with Orion Mine Finance, have totally shafted the existing LONG TERM Ordinary shareholders and have effectively bought them out at a vastly inferior price to the true value of the asset.

After all , if DALR is only worth C$1.47 /share, why are the above 3 parties still retaining their equity holdings, whilst PI's are forced to sell out.

Given the track record of CGNR in basically ignoring PI's, one wonders if the same could not ultimately happen here, as well ? !

If it's such a "Full" price, then why are Orion, the BOD and Osisko retaining Equity in the Project ? Ask yourself that !

Ans: it is worth FAR more than what Orion are offering going forward. Blackrock are just taking a quick turn on an Equity Investment as far as they are concerned , and don't care beyond that.

Does not bode well for the future of ANY AIM-Listed Junior Mining Cos IMHO.

PI's funded the Exploration stage of the company for well over 10years, then got right-royally seen to ! That's reality.

Yep, Germans finally catching up with Tesla. New Merc models announced yesterday, for 2019 onwards. Audi starting to replace their entire ranges with at least one EV Model, and stopping producing diesels across most ranges. BMW already well ahead of the game and even Dyson having a punt on the sector - and you wudn't write them off ! Volvo going "All EV" or Plug In Hybrid, from 2020.

The Sp recently has been dominated by a Corporate Seller, who have not revealed themselves, but just ignore them and keep on buying - they are wrong !

There's very little stock around and the share price is simply rising to the same level as the Placing Price of 13.75p, which you wud naturally expect it to do.

It's how they SPEND the new money that counts - rather than just wazzing it against the wall, which they have done for the previous 10 years.

The thing that strikes you from this Sharetalk I/V , is that Prof Conroy is just "past It". he's an old man, who needs to be replaced with a more dynamic and young BOD, who can actually "Get on" with the drilling process and various Feasibility studies at a decent pace, rather than the pace of an asthmatic tortoise !. I don't care if he retains his large shareholding, or not - CGNR just needs a much more dynamic Executive Management team, Maureen O'Hara needs to go, as well. Even putting Paul Johnson on the BOD would be a welcome change, and I'm really no fan of his !

BHP buys a 6% stake in their Ecuador Copper/Gold project, at a 20% premium for $27m. Newcrest are already in there at 15%.

Different metals, I know, but shows the way the "Big Boys" are thinking at the moment, having underinvested in new projects themselves, for the past 10 yrs.

BHP buying a 6% stake in the Co at a 20% premium to previous mkt price for $27m., as it is a" promising large Copper/Gold Porphyry system , amenable to BlockCaving extraction method. Large copper projects are apparently in short supply now that the whole World is going down the "EV" route.

Newcrest already have 15% in the Company for the same reason.

I wonder who else has one of those ? (Copper/Gold Porphyry that is) !

I'm sure that one of the Company's Brokers will produce a Proper Broker Research note, once the Scoping Study results are known, which will give everyone a better, professional handle on the potential valuation of EUZ.

Not sure that either Turner Pope or Peterhouse are really up to that, but EUZ , may employ a 3rd Party Mining Research Consultancy to produce a decent review. The 2 Brokers are really just capital-raising outfits, with little Research expertise.

Until then - everyone is just guessing.

I still think that Canadian Zinc (CZN on TSX) is the best empirical example of a comparison company, although they are further ahead, in having completed their BFS & beginning mine construction. Their Resource Is about the same size as EUZ.

Current market cap is £25m , although that is half the level it was, one Year ago.........
