Just had a quick look on the fundamentals - if we were to turn 'diner', BMG could be a reasonable feed, and Raiden a tasty snack at current market caps.

Oh, I think acquisition of parcels of land around Warrawoona will be an ongoing exercise.

I was meaning to add - if we have an opportunity for another Blue Spec sized acquisition, with the potential to give a 10+:1 return on investment, there *could* be another raise, but we have surplus funding enough, and time enough, that I don't anticipate any further raises until we're sat at a share price double today's value.

PS categorically no fear of another raise any time soon.

Construction cost $120m (of which some is already sunk), annual drill and exploration costs will be sub $6m, Blue Spec an additional $18m on what's already spent, with cash in bank, equity raise and loan facility, we're sat holding ~$160m

The important message is 'we're fully funded to Production' that expressly rules out another raise, especially an imminent one!

I can't give a definitive answer, but parting with $20m would have severely reduced our working capital and raised questions with Macquarie that could have impacted loan terms.

Buying ourselves 4 months and reducing the upfront outlay to $2.5m left us sitting on a very viable cash mountain of around $16-20m.

This also helps with the proposal to Institutional Investors that we're doing the CR from a position of strength, not duress.

Little downside to us in pushing the Novo payment out, great that we have a willing partner/friend prepared to make our life easier with very little in return.

The Togo First article read very much like our RNS after the last visit. I don't believe it provides any more scope for excitement at this point.

Doesn't hurt to have the local news companies singing our name and promoting the opportunity for local jobs, I guess.

Ok I have confirmed what I said above. MM are no longer an issue. There is a new and much more professional team in place in Togo Govt. All the press releases about improving things are genuine. The new team need a bit of time to get up to speed and given how slow the old regime were in doing anything, they have a lot to do. By virtue of the latest visit, KRS is on their radar and on their priority list.

The key thing for us is to develop and maintain a productive long term relationship with Togo Govt, which means allowing them the time they need. Frustrating in the short term but much better in the long term. NPVs rely on long term stability.

One of the posters on ADVFN who has close links to the company has, through correspondence with RL, advised that the ministerial decree last year overwrites the deal with MM Mining (who had not kept to their side of the agreement with many of the pre-requisites of the agreement). However, it would be good if Jim could receive the same confirmation.

I can't see that confirming or rejecting the role of the MM Mining matter could be construed as market sensitive at this juncture, as it is clearly publicly disseminated, even if it was buried in some dusty, French speaking corner of the internet.

isas - if you just double check again precisely how much skin RL and DR have in the game, and their many years in the mining industry, I don't think they'll need nor appreciate any two bob PI like you, me or anyone else on this BB telling them how and when to spend their time....
