Hey PC, evidence of production and revenue generation will kick start things. Most cautious investors will want in on surety of earnings growth, not the high risk promise of exploration and development.

We know Utah is operational, but the market will want to see operational profit, and sales growth. That's likely to be our first trigger point. When we're profit generating (and reporting to market), the institutions will start to take an interest... Although not whilst we're valued at a fraction of a penny, and so consolidation will be crucial.

The GGP price has 'felt' inflated against their position in the production curve for a while. It will probably settle back a little further. I have my eyes on it with a view for an entry point at some point, if it continues to settle to a more reasonable level.

Unless I've not been following it correctly, haven't the Calidus board managed to negotiate the acquisition cost of Blue Spec down, not just in terms of free cash payment, but also net in terms of value of equity handed to Novo? The final payment value seems to be around $5m+ lower than expected?

Inclusion in the ASX S&P 500 is a positive, 'big deal' step that will improve a lot of confidence, especially with II's.

Keras RNS that relate to Togolese affairs have always to date been subjected to (at least a level of) Togolese government approval. I wouldn't expect the latest ones to be any different.

The only reason neither the DFS nor BFS have been published in the UK has been on Togolese government veto.

The Togo First story was little more than the contents of the RNS released to UK investors. The news is out there. The Togo First story had no embellishments. Why delete it?

Remember, Togo First is in essence government owned.

Smells a bit off to me. This is the second positive article that Togo First appear to have had to remove, that could raise optimism for Keras in the Nayega area.

I'm wondering whether we're seeing signs of the real reason the license has been held up - an ulterior agenda at one of the highest levels of government... Being made to feel uncomfortable with our progress and messaging in the community...

Keras divested their holding in Calidus to all us shareholders (at the time) through an in specie dividend. Although CAI is undervalued at the moment, I think it'll prove to be the single biggest return Keras makes to shareholders.

That's not to say there won't be life in this old dog from Utah, Nayega and hopefully others. Who knows? Maybe a Calidus MkII at some point in the near future?

Agree Prop - I'd still presume this is closer to months away than days away. Purely based on history.

Wet season starts April-May, so if we were to get the nod in March, it'd be barely any different to being awarded it in September, anyway! (Barring it would unlock *some* newsflow and price movement sooner).

The RNS even contains the standard line about disposing of projects where unviable that all Juniors must present in their annual statements.

The fact that there has been progress on ESG terms is substantive.

If there's an offtake partner lined up, then it must be a given they're a big player (who can operate without our reserves in the interim) and we must assume that they've performed their due diligence at a level beyond the access of your average PI.

That's a pretty standard ESG commitment.

'Finance for plant expansion through an offtake agreement is expected to be signed following the grant of the exploitation licence.'

That reads to me that we have an offtake partner lined up and agreed. Togo sounds entirely good to go, pending that elusive signature on the dotted line.

It's inevitable whilst the fantasy bubble of even more artificial money continues to inflate. As if 'money' wasn't baseless enough, we now have crypto to contend with.
