Well lets be honest, do you really think I believe this would go to 6p in a matter of months? come on. I think 1p, but then once everything is running with zim and BP who knows it could easily hit 3-6p. I dont understand what is bad about saying that?

The only thing holding the deal being signed was 'internal matters'. The ZIDA Bill could be that internal matter and it has now been signed into law. Expect the deal imminently.
