Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Fair enough. Take it easy.
GL, either way, Ben, but to me, I smell something off. Possibly an ulterior motive somewhere. It's just not something I see often with an investor who wants to see a company do well constantly try very hard to find a negative when its actually just potential scaremongering anyway. All is coming folks!
No it is not leading them up the garden path it is about being thankful and accepting a good RNS. You find a negative in every single good RNS. That is strange considering you are an investor.
You are like a businessman who tells people to be wary of your own business. Your posts do not make sense when you are an investor of this company.
For anyone who is not in, when the news comes it will be far too late to get in and make a great amount of return. This is cheap.
The board are aware of how that last one panned out. Trust me they won't make that mistake again. Get in or miss out. It is that simple. Or speculate as much as you like and miss out on something life-changing. GLA.
Plus it says within March. That could be this week for all we know. GLA
Get in whilst you can folks. Its going to blow!
Can anyone provide a reason why the SP dropped to this level? Is it just the Coronavirus news? I am unable to figure out why it is. Nothing bad has come out in regards to the company. Yes Zim has not been signed yet but it hadn't been signed either when it hit over .40?
Also, the nearest port to Zim, I would presume is in Mozambique. So that post does not add up. Correct me if I am wrong.
True, I am not super confident that post is true. I am not 100% sure how the dry ports work but I do not think boats go there. I presume they are just for loading and unloading transport which take them to and from the ships at the sea ports.
Zimbabwe does have dry ports.
Fair enough.
Do you think the coronavirus would dampen any positive news we have for now? Maybe best to hold off for the market to stabilise more to have more an impact with the positive RNS'
We do not know what the internal matter is but it will be known once the deal is signed.
The problem the board have is the NDA of the deal. They probably have loads of great stuff to report but they can't because it's all under NDA. They are probably itching to get the good news out. But the only thing they can really put out is when it is signed or if official parties put out stuff before them. The previous date of when it would be signed was actually published by Winston and not Vast. So we cannot blame the board for that. However, there must be other great news to drop. Nevertheless, would it be a good time to put it out with the coronavirus being a prominent story and effecting all stocks? All is going to come well for shareholders here IMO.
This SP is ridiculous. Should be at least sitting at .40 prior to diamond signing.
Thank you Sarah and good day to you.
This is what happens when an AIM company does not release an RNS all month. The board of directors really owe it to us investors to releases some groundbreaking RNS' very soon. A tweet is all well and good but only for the followers of that account and not for anyone else who rely on RNS as the main communication between company and investor (Which the majority of people do rely on). At the end of the day though, all will come well. GLA.
Still proving tricky
