Yep, probably 4:30 today or 7am monday. Can't see them failing to secure finance so it seems like a free victory, whatever size that victory is. I see the price edging up already and the real buy price is well above what is stated so the book has flipped in the last day too.

Andinio, how can you purport to know about ORPH then post that utter drivel, regardless if you were the source or not. How can you (or your friend without you questioning it) claim in all good faith that ORPH is not growing and looking at further growth plans?

One would hope that CF feels inclined to issue some sort of update or news tomorrow given his promises of a transformational month. As others have said here, it is just not good practice to put such specific timeframe on things then constantly miss them

Well 22.5 is a decent resistance level, so I'm taking the plunge to top up. I dont believe CF will just do a mirror image of the last interview back in December so I think this is a great opportunity

You see M5's post over on the awful ADVFN chat? Stating s/he had had an email reply from ORPH that said they believed Invesco had only trimmed investment and were not selling anymore.

Huge pinch of salt as the poster could be making it up, orph could be making it up or not know, and invesco could be making it up, but i'll still grasp that straw for what its worth.

The problem with under-pricing an SP and excluding non-core assets is that the market DOES price these to some extent, regardless. I'm sure a large number of private investors have bought and held at these levels because of the possibility of these other deals landing.

If immutex and data sales all came tomorrow via big dividends, it would be niave to think the "core" share price wouldn't then fall as new buyers of the shares would no longer have a chance of these payouts.

It remains ridiculous to me to present a "fair value" price for a share that excludes all future possibilities; the market is forward looking, not backward (the same mistake that the Mello presentation made) and if broker reports are targeting prospective buyers then they have to price with the same mentality

Entirely disagree with moving CF on, he is one of the best leaders of a company I have known on AIM, only faulted by over-exuberance.

Why would you want to move someone on who owns 7%+ of the company and has moved his whole family to a different country for it, and get someone in who doesn't?

As some here said, the 28p broker note on existing core assets only probably IS a fair price. They even acknowledged that they totally ignore non-core assets and future expansion into further facilities. Its hard to get a price above that if all you are doing is looking at ORPHs existing capacity in their core business, which is maxed out.

What I would argue though, is that it is an incredibly lazy way to write a valuation; a chimpanzee could come up with the same figure if you only look at current confirmed business and assign no value to any potential.

Im buying in, looks good for a reversal from here.
