Don’t even think about April. Today, next week, this month is more important. Once we are delisted it’s game over. After delisting will take ages to get our money back. I WANT NEWS NOW. Do you not asking yourself why no news yet. I imagine our major SH could be annoyed about delays same as we and his tentacles are not enough long. Please think about this.

NOMAD’S responsibilities:

The nominated adviser to an AIM company is responsible to the Exchange for assessing the appropriateness of an applicant for AIM, or an existing AIM company when appointed as its nominated adviser.
The NOMAD is responsible for advising and guiding a company on the admission process, and for assessing its suitability for admission to AIM.

I think e-mails is not enough, trust me. Call them or pay a visit to get more attention. Waiting and praying is insufficient effort. I know something about this :-))

As a shareholders we are important as well. At the end of the day it's our money. Listing company doesn't exist without shareholders am I right ? We respect them and they must respect us. Check my previous post. I think except Bould others should be contacted as well.

So where we are now ? Any idea folks ? Hopefully we are very close.

In my opinion no matter if our target is from mining, healthcare etc. Would be perfect to get something already making revenue plus nice %cut for us. Only worrying because time is ticking and not much left. No doubt AG is a top cat in this industry and advised bod as much as possible however I imagine he is limited as well. I’m sure everybody knows that directors have a mandate to apply shareholders funds to make a meaningful return. I think if they can’t deliver they will lose all credibility and this include our big man. I have some issues regarding lack of news but will not discuss this now. If anyone here hasn’t check yet AIM rules for nominated advisers please do. Very good info regards Nomad duties.
