I think Neilin mentioned before about 2 scenarios in his mind. I guess first was Antos and CGH as a target (not valid anymore) and second unknown so far.

Just 20 days till deadline. Looks like delisting on the horizon. ISA tax bye bye just furious!!! They have a lot to explain. Anyway I believe when we will leave aim there is no more excuses for no updating shareholders. Hopefully there is some magic news to be announced otherwise what for all this story with Antos etc.

Week before suspension (5 MONTHS AGO) our greatest Chairman Allan Syms said: “The Group is in a GOOD POSITION to achieve its long term investment plans” So why we will de-list? Simple, because directors and other people behind this deal are truly Incompetent.
As shareholders we’ve done our part. They raised funds through hundreds of placing and one open offer. BOD now is your turn!!!

Totally fed up and disappointed. They had plenty of time, surely everything must be boxed off or other way completely nothing. 40 days remaining. Five months without any news even target. What for all this secrets? No matter what, their duty is to inform us. The bod have a responsibility under corporate governance to inform and update shareholders accordingly. Hundreds RTO’s has been completed inthe past so why not this one?? It’s not impossible??!! I wonder if the BOD and people responsible for this deal been enough determined or competent very annoying.

I have been played, fooled, tricked etc. Just furious!!! I know I invested in risky staff but why I haven’t sold my shares before suspension??? Two reasons why. First, Chairman’s statement week before suspension ( massive encouragement ) and the second is EVEN WORST. Btw most on this bb wouldn’t believe what is the second reason. At the moment will keep this one for me only. Someone mentioned not long ago that Co. have no obligation to provide rns… WRONG Long list to do so… anyway GOOD or BAD news bod should inform us now in my opinion. Antos, Allan, John, Martin who will follow them ? I think they lost all credibility.

I think we are close to be ***** but not yet. IFC people saying they cannot update until Bould have something ? Really ? Are they serious ? “There is not much news flow, but that is in the nature of cash shell” what a BS !!! Btw same generic reply to every enquiry since November LOL ! Jeez we had lots of updates before suspension and now completely nothing weird !!! Almost ten months since we became cash shell and they can’t provide any info as it could be potentially misleading?? Oh yeah?!?! Last year Summer yes correct, but not now. Dear BOD we are nearly 4 MONTHS WITHOUT NEWS !!! That’s the main issue here. Just move on !!! Nomad you too !!! Accountants YOU TOO !!! ffs

Absolutely agree so Chris no point of irrelevant matters here anymore… main topic had better be why our BOD is not updating us Shareholders, who and why holding this so long. As we are so close to the deadline I imagine we could be here ( timetable patterns checked in large number of past Rto’s ) :

1. BOD hasn’t secured deal (highly unlikely fingers and toes crossed)
2. NOMAD is running this show (very slow)

Folks, check please again Nomad responsibilities for companies via Aim rules.
Again Bould directors have a mandate to apply Shareholders funds to make a meaningful return.

Holy moly Chris are you on gear? Do you really want the man to reveal some info for everyone and break every legal code so we prolong the suspension and shortly shares delisted? I wouldn’t want that to happen especially with a large holding you have btw announced this many times. If the matter is finish here I can provide his details to you but shhhh... don’t tell him it’s me alright? He could be annoyed.
