They don’t RESPECTING our time and money it’s fairly obvious. I doubt they did absolutely everything to secure deal. End of June, 15months and still nothing? Amazing. What a clowns.

Maybe we have the slowest accountants, solicitors, advisers from around the world? No, this is incompetence of directors IMHO

We haven’t heard any news because our “fantastic” directors are incompetent. Now covid is an excuse !!! Makes me laugh. Covid started in March. RTO can take just few weeks to up to 4 months when complex. IPO process from 6 to 12 months. We are nearly 15 months!!! I imagine when you have a title “director” or “chairman” of “something” you would do absolutely everything, to go the extra mile to finish task. Bould opp. is not important for them. They are directors in many companies plus they run their businesses like Syms. Do you think his business is less important than Bould? fu**no!!! Unfortunately we are last on the list. I wish we would have different people on board. Incompetence on the highest level. Absolutely disgraceful

I wonder if Bould employed right people to make this deal successful (advisers, accountants, lawyers etc). Stock delisted five weeks ago. Approval of papers, prospectus takes 1-6 weeks by UKLA. Right due to Covid-19 maybe 1-2 weeks more. If no news end of this month I think there is some problem with papers. Why AIM rejected us? ****ty docs prepared by advisers or simply AIM just jobsworth? No idea. I hope UKLA are more “friendly” and our advisers aren’t bunch of amateurs.

I agree with you Chris. Covid19 is no1 issue at the moment but in the same time cancer is a problem from decades. Over 170k deaths in UK every year. Covid is a pain now but I reckon in the meantime biotech co. still working hard to find a solutions regarding cancer. Looks like only approval of docs by regulatory remaining here... how long more?!?!

Unbelievably frustrating. I was really hoping to see news this week arghh Now is a great time as a biotech co to get into market and I mean NOW not in a few months. Slow as a snail, Come on just move on!!!
