tbh sort of irrelevant
probably bigger sales, but wont do every 5 secs for a year
How do you get 750K
Mine is a typo below should be £9.4m
I know the sp is crap, but has anyone found anything in the Seed pf that isnt doing ok or well in fact ??
Everything is building imo
LGP/Eurox/Yooma/Leap
Just thank your lucky stars you didnt have all your ££ in SNG
Gotta feel sorry for all in there
Its been posted in numerous places over the last few weeks
Hopefully correct, cheapest product £15 I believe
I did the math in theory £94m/year at £15 every 5 secs
That would be nice !!
Yes at least I think, I believe to end of 20 they had revenue over £7m
Not much info on Ciitech about but have found this, July 18 to Dec 19, doesnt state revenue but
£2,605,048 gross profit, £455,717 profit after tax
So looks like revenue of circa £3m + Year
2020 - unbridged version but figures look similar, so I would say similar revenue/profit
2021
Raised £2.1M
FPP consideration for RTO £17.5M
CHLL should be £2.6m loss
When Yooma pans out and uplists from CNSX and Aquis, then its mcap should be around the £100m minimum
If they achieve $5m sales the the last quarter then is should be around £160m really, that would be x16 similar to CHLL and MXC, but if you check a lot of the big players they are valued at x60 to x434 believe it or not !!
For the 6months to end June 21 Vitality had sales of £1.6m with nett profit of £300k
I would expect the 6 months to Dec 21 to be a lot more than that, but its not near your assumptions yet
But far in excess of say
KNB no sales - £2.4m loss - £54m mcap - figures for 6months
CBX no sales - £3.3m loss - £33m mcap - figures for 1yr
CHLL £1m sales - £26m loss - £33m mcap - figures for 6 months
MXC $2.9m sales - $14m loss - £55m mcap - figures for 1yr
OCTP No sales - £3.2m loss - £21m mcap - figures for 6 months
Yooma (9mnths) £4.9m sales - £8m loss - £22m mcap (CNSX and Aquis combined)
Forecast £5m sales in last quarter
I know its not a simple as this but
KNB, CBX and OCTP obviously just a mcap based on potential future sales etc
CHLL mcap x16 sales
MXC mcap x18 sales
Yooma mcap x3 sales - (and a lot better prospects in the near future than all the above )

Work the logic out in that lot !!
Another interesting thing in the Playtech release re Leap was they specifically mention Nascar and euroleague basketball both are virtuals developed with IMG arena, the nascar/img deal is for 10 years from memory
It's a conundrum
If Leap IPO do IMG get a kickback from the use of the virtuals developed under there deal with Leap
Or do IMG buy Leap outright, IMG recently updated there website removing most of the Leap logos from the virtual stills and refer to the virtuals as there's, using/utilising Leap technology (or similar wording to that)
All we know for sure about Leap is that they doubled there licensing revenue in 2020 to
€1.1M and posted a €47k loss for the year, the main costs were amortisation at €850K
There is only 1 employee in Leap Ltd presumably Yariv, the rest are in Fralis
They have said via the Seed rns they are expecting licensing fees to more than double in 2021, so circa €2.5M, Leap Ltd should then turn a reasonable profit unless they shift costs around
The business is obviously split into Leap Ltd, licensing fees only and the rest is in Fralis LLC
The other circa 44 employees are in Fralis as is all the other revenue from the games usage
The million dollar question is what is that revenue /costs etc
Playtech are still dealing with the Aristocrat bid, I wouldn't think they would make a play for Leap at present
Also interesting that the playtech/Leap deal comes a week after Playtech sealed a deal with the Jockey club to develop a suite of racing themed games/slots etc including virtuals
Leap news was a nice surprise today, we don't seem to get any rns's now when they get new deals but is it without doubt building in the background
LGP news was unexpected, I am expecting news this month on the result of the Italian government tender of which LGP are 1 of only 2
Also possibly news on the Poland deal, documents were submitted in June 21 ( and take 210 days ! I have no idea why) so that puts it sometime in February hopefully
May even get something on the French trials that are 1yr into the 2yr trial
There is a lot going on with a good portion of the pf at the moment
I don't believe the companies are actually directly linked, but do have numerous directors involved in both businesses
Eurox and Psilo pharma Canada
Very nice
Deal 2 of 4 ??
In fairness that did make me chuckle Amp
Yep
Deal 2 of 4 in the pipeline I believe
Deal 1 - was Relax/Comeon
Deal 2 - 1x2/Iron Dog
Deal 3 -
Deal 4 -
I have dug into all of the pf as best you can with the information available.
Leap is obviously frustrating as the Malta Leap accounts show Licensing Revenue only, which doubled 2020 and they have already stated they expect it to more than double again 2021, all the rest of the revenue is hidden in Fralis.
Of all the other companies I have not come across anything worrying, as a lot are pre IPO there isnt a lot of solid information about.
The only recent disaster are was Factom/Inveniam, but that looks as though it may end up being worth a fair bit more than the £250K, either way it does not matter too much as its all been written off anyway so anything is a bonus imo
Obviously we have the stressed market with pretty much everything down, so our listed companies and valuations have also suffered, Portage, LGP, Yooma
Yooma's revenue is going up nicely with some great deals now in place, update for the year probably end of Feb
The more I look into LGP the more I like it
Eurox is looking good an the meagre info available
SWB - are they really selling a Lovemememe product every 5 seconds as posted by them recently !! Cheapest product about £8 - work that out
That is my take on things at the moment, in this volatile market SEED seems fairly safe with great prospects IMO
We could do with getting the Leap deal done now so that we can move on and grab some more of these other companies at bargain basement level
An interesting deal that isnt mentioned is with Demecan in Germany
First order was 500 units Feb 21
Second Order 9000 units
Third Order 17000 units
and the latest order 21300 units
The demand is obviously there, if they keep ordering at around the 20000 units per quarter then that is A$10m per annum to LGP
I agree insofaras anything under $100,000,000 for leap would be disappointing
We own 47.06% of Leap by the way
