Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
man I was 8.75 out, you were 16.25 out. Bad luck ;)
Good luck ;)
Paying 10 x EBITDA seems a tad full tbh. Even after stripping-out finance costs the clean earnings aren't great and the EBITDA growth is in single figures. Seems like £35m is a very full cash price to pay and with £14m cash I'm struggling to get anywhere near some of the sp predictions I'm reading on 172m shares. Given severe market weakness since suspension I can actually see this one slipping on re-admission to around £45m MV, or 26p, where it will offer fair value.

This is in spite of page upon page of Strong Buy opinions? Has anyone posted a Strong Sell opinion yet? The reason I ask is because this thread is not chiming in anyway with what is actually happening to this stock. Why is that?
Think I will wait for it to settle down a bit, chart looking dreadful.
After a rapid 50% rise it's perhaps only natural to see some profits taken. Good to see everyone posting Strong Buy, I take it you all bought strongly again today? More of a hold for me, might buy a few more if it keeps falling.
Miton, you state that "We know they will fund deals NOT NECESSARILY by placings" in post 86. I have read the admission document with particular regard to "Acquisition approach" and it appears that maybe you have misunderstood what the company has actually stated? "likely to involve further equity fundraising" "paid for largely in Ordinary Shares" 3.3 Acquisition approach The Company is developing a deal pipeline with a second acquisition targeted for the first half of 2016. The Company’s investment approach will be based on acquiring companies in the UK and overseas with an enterprise value typically up to £50 million and is likely to involve further equity fundraising . The Company has been receiving information on other potential target businesses and expects deal flow to accelerate once the Acquisition has completed and after Admission. It is expected that the consideration for the companies that the Company acquires will be paid for largely in Ordinary Shares, subject to lock-in agreements, with an earn-out structure over three to five years. Standard but stringent good/bad leaver protections will be put in place in relation to those Ordinary Shares with a view to employee retention. The Company recognises that future multiples and deal structures will need to remain flexible and in line with markets.
"Being 100% independent we are not constrained by random bosses abroad, or anything else that gets in the way of us working with the best technology around. This we think allows us to deliver more interesting ideas..." http://www.agenda21digital.com/products/ So I guess that's changed?
The company has flagged up that every new buy will be in shares. So how can you even quantify how a larger MV will equate to the current share price?
How is it that the bears have got this so right? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UIHkQxfWBVc hic!
Eh? Crikey!
Looking to return cash eh? That doesn't sound too good. Looks like this one will drift, talk of £1 or £2 is looking like ramping. lol Mid 20's soon imho, you'll see.
Mid-20's guys?
Well it was worth a try eh? Some good posts btw. Keep up the good work ;)
I was informed that there's a private group of shareholders operating a CSI forum. Was I misinformed? If not please provide me with the entrance info.
Is there a private message board?
Fund manager? What do you mean?
What have you got against heavy drinkers?
He seems to be well logged-off atm. Oh people got old in the olden days, the childhood mortality brought the average down, and wars to a certain degree. Fight death? I guess you can up to a point lol. Night bud.
