For me very worst case you are looking at a DPA of $100m

It will be FOUR years in May. They have got Lupkin on 14 counts. You would like to think if they were going to charge PFC directly they would have at least one count on them ffs

IronHide is you look through the histotical data tab on the FCA short position xls you will see that most of the average short price is way hirer. They have no reason to close at £1. Here is the data for the last reductions on PFC shorts

Given the above I personally dont expect a reduction until we hit similar levels again. So the question is now, how many borrowed shares to the y have left to sell and how many more (if any) they are willing to borrow on top

Ironhide thats because the spreadsheet the FCA produce hasnt yet been updated since the 19th (showing 18th data), even though shortracker, which uses FCA data, updated the 20th (showing 19th data)

Well it looks like the shorts still have plenty of ammunition. Sell order of Volume 520,706 dropped on in the last seconds of auction to assure 105 close

Well I had said 108 then 106 but I must be in control of my FOMO for once! Im going to watch the post market auction closely here to see if there is any clue of funds moving either way. If we are still seeing massive volume order sells in the auction Im still holding off..but getting sweaty..In terms of SP they are flogging a dead horse but these dirty short funds are relentless

Looks like my suspicions of Blackrock borrowing more could be correct. This will fly when the shorts start to buy back what they owe, but how low will it go first. We are now through the lowest low and still no rest bite

Yes and it looks like Blackrock are lining up more as well (on top of the 3.80%!) . Im not quite sure how low these dirty shorters want to take this?

Poker reporting on SETS is reknown for been erroneous on reported trading data no matter what type of transaction (AT, Off book whatever ) as a BUY or SELL. You can not tell. Even with DMA I can only tell if I see the order come onto the book on the BID/OFFER then match the volume of that order to the transaction log after its gone through
