Yes they have 2 million which they will sell BUT I need to clarify how long they have held them. The FCA only shows above 0.49% (0.62%) which means their MINIMUM increase was 0.13% on 15/3. I need to get the data <0.49% after:-

In other words they may increased several times prior to 15/3/21 but kept it below .49% before crossing that threshold on the 15/3. Or they could have had a one massive increase from 0.01%-> 0.62% on 15/3 (im likely wrong on that)..Euroclear / Infront finance etc shows all positions (<0.49%) so will have data for that gap period (if any exists)

Dividend was locked in at close yesterday (you needed to own it an open today)..so todays "expected" big drop didnt happen and funnily enough Chris etc nowhere to be seen

Lets just pause for a minute and think of those poor shorters (Circa 10 million volume (at 3% total inc >0.49%) x 11.3p to pay

Now hit with a 1.8% rise exD...you couldnt make it up

And best of all there's a ton of buying pressure when they start to return them...tick tock

Wow thats bannana's....So IG on spreadbet and CFD are paying out on ExDivi before the record date (tomorrow) and miles before the settlement date 15/4! Bonus for you guys

Seems to be some confusion here

So today is exDividend , the record date is tomorrow the 12th. If you hold today at close you will qualify and be paid 15/4/21

And that wise man is skint because he only sells for a small profit. In fact because he has a selling mindset often he sells at a small lose, only to watch the price go back up days/weeks/months after...bugger!

Me too when I saw a single buy order of that size drop in. They moved it around that many times I lost track but I think it was fulfilled as part of the UT

Interesting to see if this afternoons buying pressure was from intuitions coming in for the divi or short funds reducing
