The p/s of MCRO is one of the best (6th out of 139rd )in the entire technology sector. It is still in the top 25% of ALL stocks in ALL sectors (256th / 1633)!

Matt I find that misleading

Micro's ability to service their debt has never been in question. A move from 3.4->3.6 to potentially 3.8 is hardly new in fact its inline with expectations.

We also know EBITDA will pick up for year 2023, The positive surprise was the +10% in licensing during a full year of pandemic shut down., although this was in part due to bringing sales forward in H1 (last year sales were pushed back into H2)

I think the reason we have not seen the short funds increase during this drop, aside from the results being in line+, is they are worried about getting burnt rather quickly in a takeover situation. Why else would they not fuel the fear fire and accelerate the drop, which is what they do, especially given MCRO is on their radar and in some cases already an active short

Major support @ 380 although we are now in the support "range" of 380-420. Note the hammer from today on a candlestick chart (recovering from 395 to 414) combined with the RSI & CCI back into oversold. There is also a lovely divergence on the Chaikin which is rising as the price is dropping

I topped up another 10 in the auction and will so the same again (as Ive said before @ 400 and @ 380 if that happens)

I very much doubt we will see the November lows. You need to understand the market profile for this. The average institutional price for this is circa 480 which syncs with its volume profile

My guess is worst case, watch as the volume slows, 420 -> 400 into major support ca380. If it gets that far
