Consider this @ 400 the yield is 5%..HOLD for 2 to 3 years and that yield will be 10%+

Ive been really busy and trying to keep off forums and do more work ;)

I think today was more about short funds rather than results. I believe this theory is supported by the fact there was nothing new in todays update, if anything its ahead of expectations

Remember the market opened flat on MCRO and I guess the short funds saw an opportunity to seize the hesitation and turn it into fear (getting people to focus on the bottom line loss & declines) as opposed to the on track turn around, numbers as expected.

Clearly they have been successful in doing that today.

From a technical perspective looking down we are in no mans land until support at 380 but the good news is there is strong support at 514 if we can bounce back to near that level

I just bought another £10K in the auction

Looking like a short fund increasing on the back of decent results

Usual nonsense, playing on fear rather than facts

187 is significant support, but it has to get through 202 which is also strong

I have strong support circa 578, nicely timed with exDivi. I will be topping up at these levels

Definitely , as great as these rises are, they are really just the ignition starting to spark...

What I am surprised about is the FCA XLS has just updated (todays date on tab but Fridays data I think) and shorts didn't reduce on friday? If thats correct there are still circa 7,000,000 to be bought back

IMHO If we can finish blue today , the day after a 8.3% rise, that in itself is significant re. sellers & sentiment . Also it would mean we finish two days in a row above resistance circa 514 (once before in over a year we have seen this). If resistance flips to support we really do have lift off and not much in the way right up to 800

As for level 2 ive been using it for years with DMA but I honestly think it throws out more red herrings than is helpful. Having said that on occasion, for trading stocks, it has helped with low volume transactions....
