This share valuation is directly linked to Net profits. An SP of Circa 550 is a 2016 valuation when net profits were coincidentally £550.3M. We are now at £671.7m with a good forecast of £705.5m for 2019 given the current orders, operating margin etc

So this SP already has a drop in net profit of 22% (from 705.5 back to 550.3) factored in before brexit of any other bollocks!

You could well be right but then this opens up other options. If not as many people have bought in for the dividend then not as many will sell post. It also means the SP will be a good 10-15% below what it should be post ex div. It also means NOW that many people who are a bit undecided are selling. Again less sellers post divi

Bvs was given a target price of 1234 which is only 7.3% above the current price when given?

Barratts however at 678 was a WHOOPING 22.2% above current when given

It only takes a large buy to gap up (10 million UT yesterday BUY weighted) and with the sellers drying up, liquidity, especially in the day , on the sell side will hopefully keep pushing this....almost certainly (with the odd exception day) until EX DIV
