There's a difference between pessimism as a safe option and down right repetitive negativity which is just food for negative journalists like the Times..dont really want to propagate the article (and would normally share) but its so negatively bias but as you say so are large portions of the annual report!

I think Its all good because even the "Ba1 CFR the corporate family rating" was given as a negative outlook, so It looks like they have removed all the negative outlooks

Because democracy fails when the majority vote against what the majority of parliament wants. Its never been democracy when you consider the amount of times people have voted for a party manifest only for it to drastically change once the vote is won! Democracy only works when MP's represent their constituents and the best of the country NOT when they are after financial gain and power for self.

The market definitely thought yesterday was very bearish as the last couple of days banking and housing sector took a hammering and sterling dropped. Today is more confusing..sterling has bounced back up byt FTSE is down with housing sector doing ok

Personally I think its bearish in the next few weeks as her deal with be rejected (no deal looking more likely, BUT then she may resign leading to a second referendum so may be bullish in the long run
