But why don’t people put hard facts in to why it’s going both ways?

- possibly false drop On rights issue

Why it’s going down
- shorters
-Time until USA open
-possibly rights issue
-general trend over the last few weeks

So another question,

with shorters still around and some people looking for a entry what are people’s buy in price?

I am Fully behind cine but honestly do people think the shorters/market will take this down to the 52wk low before the increase?

I believe they are in a good position to ride this out now without a rights issue

Wage referrals
Redundancies
Cost cutting measures
Flights up from April levels
Defence contracts
Reduced dividend
ITP sale (possibly)
Increased loan agreement if needed

That’s what I can quickly think about in the last few trading updates

With The above done over the last few months, I firmly believe they will surprise people

Sorry I Mean it’s not bad for cine and the industry as people have stated.. it’s not as clear cut as taking titles away after 3 weeks

So shouldn’t effect the industry and us

Looks like the AMC/universal deal isn’t as clear cut as taking movies off the cinema after 3 weeks...

-AMC seem to have there own financial issues to sort out as part of this
-Seems it could be only a trail for the Small Movies and maybe Not even enforced at all

Looks like Nothing to worry about

So... why do it when the SP is at it lowest

Nothing has changed since a few months ago really, they knew there burn rate and remain in a strong position Still to this day

They have got a US investor in at 3% higher than today,

Jefferies have put a nice % increase document out around the company

Will the figures come out Better the expected losses like NatWest was... raising the SP to do a placement possible later in near or Maybe never

My opinion i do not see why they would do it now when they could have done it weeks or even months ago when things were looking better on the SP front

I think the sale of ITP Spain will be more likely as this is just an acquisition they got a few years ago, and I believe they wanted to offload last year at some point

There was Nothing to suggest a raise is 100% happening

Just speculating from a journalist a few weeks ago and other journalist’s have run slightly different worded stories, it stated the liquidity remains strong and they are reviewing all options to strengthen the business

I did think but I’m always out and about and I’m
Into positions long term so wouldn’t benefit Really

Saying that a day like today I’m intrigued to know :)

2. If your saying that will happen just remember about the legal Obligation not to lie or post misleading info you have when posting on a board

The article was wrote a week or so ago and a journalist put about boosting liquidity

After that it got carried away and RR had to post a RNS to stop the rumours

“liquidity remains strong” was the message back then and it’s still the same now

Now the same Story has just been circulated Over the last week on different websites with slightly different wording, and now some are pinpointing a certain thing from that article and running that it’s 100% going to happen

It’s not 100% until you read it... it may never happen!

Now if they are thinking of selling part of a business (ITP SPAIN) which was talked About last year I believe.. that frees up some cash, they Have also reduced the cash burn like they said they would with wage cuts,VS and reducing fat out of the business etc this has got to Be a possitive Step

Look at Airbus, reduced demand as expected but reduced there costs etc etc was taken positively

Companies need to position themselves correctly to come out of this situation and RR are doing and have done just that

Shares to pi may never be touched

Iom getting some more liquidity is not bad It’s a smart move in the current situation

Any update on trades from anyone Watching L2 resembling shorts like yesterday???

seems a bit more stead or perhaps found a support ready for the opening etc

So... what happens is the financial is good or better then expected ??

I sure the bad financial news is already priced in, the markets don’t wait to find this out they position themselves with bad news prices in Mind so they can’t loose..

Better then expected bad news and this will rise as the market will have confidence, and tbh the company will hopefully write it in a way to attract confidence

I thinking yesterday was a last squeeze by a shorter to recoup the last remaining ££££

With the planned savings and BOD who know this business like the back of there hand, I’m Optimistic this will start to push up anytime now

As soon as more Long haul destinations come
In line and maybe Heathrow double testing, we should see some Positive impact to the SP

Maybe it’s positive that Airbus cost savings have had a positive impact on the SP

RR has done pretty much the same by cutting costs right across the board, right at the start of the pandemic
