Soon know From the horses mouth that they have always been over manned in all areas, that’s just RR for you. They are reducing the employees because it “CAN” operate and generate a profit without them (this plan is actually from a few years ago not just now, the covid has just underlined to get it done)
The situation with Civil, MRO is the least effected in the civil sector in man power reductions and workload, this is the sector that generates most if not all of civil money (clearly showing a steady rise up from months ago)
They have done things to insure the company comes out of this situation the world is in better and profitable, not just sat around talking about it..
Id like to think we can’t argue with what’s going to happen can we from now on:
flights “WILL” pick up, vaccines “WILL” happen, covid “WILL” Flatten, defence “WILL” always increase, new generation power systems “WILL” be ordered, nuclear systems “WILL” be developed
