I’m against the shorters

The SP is where it’s at because cine have been closed down

Simple as that.. like the whole world , the market has driven everything down

If they were in that much of a mess they wouldnt have:

1. Said they can ride out Closed until 2021 (not happened)
2. Wouldnt have gone ahead with the us buyout in the first place earlier this year
3. Wouldn’t have refurbed many U.K. cinemas

A rumour of rights issue, never happening at this level, it would have happened much higher imo

This has been shorted down by professional people, nothing more, they are gathering stock before the re opening and push up

It’s that simple...

Weather Buying at 10p, 15, 38p, great it’s lower etc but long term it will be much higher

Netflix, sky, Apple TV, YouTube... what ever u want to call it have been around for years

Internet shopping

Just think about it... de rampers are just trying to buy in lower, if they buy in at 20p do you think 38p is good to get out at, no you would ride it up higher than today’s prices, so technically they are the biggest rampers aswell

We As humans are not programmed for being in all the time, certain things will always be around And cinema is one of them

So... what happens if the finances look better than expected?? Many companies have seen this with a share jump upwards

if it goes down buy more.. if it goes up great the risk is taken away and u can invest with more confidence

Everyone answer this.. even if it drops to 20p will it be 20p after USA and next year...

For years now things like sky, Netflix, Apple TV, amazon etc etc have been around, things have been streamed on that for years!!!! Literally years!!!

Did cinema and Hollywood die... course they didn’t, this is a multi billion pound industry that has history of stars and red carpet premiers in London, where people fly in from all over the world

I was actually on Netflix last night and tried to find 2 movies I wanted to watch, they weren’t even in there for one, and thinking about it I saw both “at the cinema” when they came out years ago anyway!!

Has everyone I know got these streaming services, NO!

Do people talk at work about seeing a new movie, YES!

My point is... cinema And Hollywood is far far ahead of these streaming sites, it just doesn’t work for everyone, same way football is streamed but grounds are still packed week in week out!!!

People do not want to stay at home to watch movies it’s an experience and day/night out.. that will never change and this is why Mooky has been in the game for 90 years through wars, world events and now this (forgive me but I’m sure it’s something stupid like 90)

Great buy at all levels 19/20/35/40/50, still a very bright future

-oversold on rumours

-still loads of shorts
-general market concern in entertainment/lockdown
-America weeks away still to open
-earning rumours/possible
-rights rumours/possible

As I’ve said I would like a discussion not a ramp or de ramp as I’m neither (I do hold some
Higher but this is in relation to the next few weeks or months)

I’m just not rushing in before a balanced view

It’s easy for people to say it’s raising or falling etc etc

But why don’t people put hard facts in to why it’s going both ways?

I’ll start with With some basics, Copy and paste the following, be interesting to see people’s views

- shorters
-Time until USA open
-possibly rights issue
-general trend over the last few weeks
