they made a deal of their life. WTI Oil is up to over $74, revenue now higher than $2m per month from ex-Nighthawk wells. When oil reaches $100 again, they will be making $30-40m per year.
Have to say, I've tried, did my best. I regret only not advertising assets sale in the UK newspaper, as this could have had some effect.
This what is happening here is a robbery, nothing to add.
Extremely angry and sad. We lost against private insider dealing. No other explanation when company selling assets worth $50m for $18m to a company in the neighbourhood. AIM regulator and Delaware Court did absolutely nothing to help shareholders.
Remember directors names. Do not touch companies they are sitting on boards.
Best of luck all, especialy to those who tried to fight on our behalf.
I wanted to send an email to the company earlier on, but online form on their website doesn't work. Do you know their email addresses so I can send them my questions directly?
This case is reminding me Irish properties sale in 2013-2014 to foreign investors. When house prices were recovering (oil price here), the banks sold loads of properties with tenants paying rents, to the aggressive buyers. The tenants were excluded from the process. Thy sold properties at discount and today the buyers are enjoying 300% difference in price their paid.
Of course nobody part from tenants seen this as a bad decision back in the days.
