I was told this what I wrote. If you want to be heard, a letter with own proposal needs to be sent to the Clerk in court at this specific address. Nothing about other requirements. Best solution would be to extend the current loan and hedge production at current oil price. Second solution to get another loan and pay high interest. Third solution is selling producing wells at price higher than debt. Remaining balance to be kept for new drilling. Bad solution is dilution. We should not be paying from our pockets for management's decisions. Last and worst solution is assets sale to pay debt.
