Also how much capacity does the ONR have to review other designs at the same time? Looking at previous reviews they've been sequential.

I'm not sure Last Energy will get there any quicker than RR. They'll want to build those tiny reactors in industrialised areas which aren't currently nuclear licensed sites. Good luck with that as it'll take years to get environmental and regulatory approval. RR deliberately picked NDA sites (ex Magnox) to bypass that headache.

My guess is RR SMR will get the Lion's share of SMR orders but the Government will try to distribute the cash between other suppliers just like they do when they award public sector contracts.

180-200p would be a fair share price now considering the current debt IMO. Target for me is £7 with the bulk of debt cleared + buy backs. Which shouldn't be difficult with the current business model (order book and flight hours at 2019 levels). Not including SMRs.

Step 2 in the in the general design approval (GDA) is due to start next month which involves building test rigs and verifying safety features. Surely the Treasury needs to cough up right about now to keep things on track?!?
