I assumed that if your share s are currently in a loss then you wont pay tax if the total dividend and your share price does not go above the share price - your tax allowence

We all know trump is just showing his triceps to the world now he is back in Gov but it can not last long he will have to come back down to earth and start the deals , as his country can not afford a high price for goods in short to mid term . Setting up production can take a couple of years and trump has not got that time to do that . 4 months from now and deals will be done . I must admit if i was in his position i would do the same look after your own back yard first then help others , as long as theere is a deal in it to benifit your own country !!!
