Lets face it lloyds is cash rich if the interest rates stay above 4.5% there raking it in . Now who is going to get a share of this spare cash . buybacks has done nothing to to raise the sp so maybe a better divdend that might tempt the big boys to come in who nows im not the boss but if i was i woud dangle a didvidend carrot and see which donkey (corporate investors) bite
This is a investment in the IT infastructure over 3 years which i might add if they get it right would save a huge amount of money in staff costs . You hve to upgrade or get left behind , looks like there going to the cloud !!!!!!!. Next priority is get the debt down and no dividends ntil the debt can be managed year on year , so you guys hoping for a dividend in the next year or 3 . You got more chance seeing Bob Hope !!!! But who am i just a low sp investor
Hi Chips i reckon if no buy back again i can see close to 2.00 final and a intrim of 1.00 later on this year . Llyods must be raking it in with the currenintrest and if it goes down 1% this summer there still quids in as there not offersing much in savings interest for customers . I think there cashing in on th motgages thats there bread n butter . Also dont forget rentals there doing .Looking fwd to end of month

Raise the limit from 20k to 40 k for isa shares and maybe that would get peeps more interested
