BYOT has shot up on expectations and surprised this hasn't moved up to around 1.8p -2p area. Plenty of indications that demand for deep cleans isn't going away. All those UK holidaymakers will be mixing nicely on planes, trains and beaches, restaurants etc. If there is a bug to catch they'll get it. All a React shareholder has to do is hold and wait for the second wave. Office workers that still have jobs will want their offices deep cleaned. Railways, buses, shops, warehouses, Universities, Factories, hospitals same.

What I would like to see is Shaun Doak set out a 2-3 vision for the company. Profitable (Done), Growth across UK (Done), Overseas (To do), Progressive dividend policy (To do).

Demand for deep cleans won't abate. Come September, when schools return we'll see demand shoot up further.

It is holiday season and patience required. I heard a programme on Radio 4 mention deep cleans at museums today, a market I'd not even thought about. What with the growing incidence of spikes this has to be much higher as deep cleans continue to accelerate.

Masks and deep cleans are the main means to try and boost confidence of public. Economy is in the dumps (wiith little prospect of recovery soon) but this is a defensive play in that respect as I don't think central and local government dare cut cleaning budgets without the. risk of a backlash from public.

When (not if) that happens I expect that will drive a re-rating.

Think about all the hundreds of thousands of people jetting off to Spain and Greece. Only needs 1 person in a plane with Covid-19 and you'll have multiple cases as they are in such a confined space breathing same air. Then they go in swimming pools. with many others, lie on beaches, get ****ed etc.

Pubs re-opening is a bit mad if Govt really gave a damn - Maybe React should push for a Weatherspoon's contract.

In the near future I'd have like to see React provide consultancy services to some of their clients for a margin. Advise them on cleaning routines, the best hand washes etc. Also, soon they could make it clear that they intend to introduce a dividend "at the appropriate time" -- that would put a rocket under the price also as everyone will be searching for income in the days ahead as bond prices go negative.

I want to throw out an idea on the porch floor and see if the cat licks it up: is there scope to licence the cleaning brand overseas, for example in the US? The McDonalds/Pizza Hut of cleaning? Might be a year away but worth considering after we've grown and cemented UK markets.

I think REAT share price will bounce back soon. Business is doing well and that has to be reflected in the share price. Admittedly, Covid is a driver for a percentage of the cleaning business but that is a good thing as we're in an era where such demand will surely keep on growing. People are more aware of the importance of cleaning and that has to be a huge positive.

In this new environment schools and offices are going to require regular deep cleans. It would surely be cost-effective for councils to contract REAT rather than have them do one-offs.

Moreover, for all the talk of a vaccine, we're dealing with a virus and it mutates. Even when they have one, and it will take some time, it won't eradicate the virus. After all, we have flu year after year.

The time to buy a stock is when it is on sale. Currently, this is the case with REAT. Covid isn't over by a long way and there is no going back to the dirty habits of UK before Covid-19 struck. With proper broker forecasts coming at the end of the month and the probability of more contract pretty soon I can't see a reason not to hold this. Plus, of course, the likelihood of a second wave.

This has fallen too far. Couldn't resist and it seems I'm not alone. Profitable growth company, what's not to like. A consultant at a hospital and a nurse who was working in ICU during worst of Covid both told me a second wave is coming. That would make this rocket even more than before. A little patience required, that is all.

Yes thanks. Been reading your excellent posts and those of the other regulars. I've been hunting for info but have nothing of importance that hasn't been found by you all. Looking forward to the US legislation being passed (believe China + Japan will follow on). We guessed as much way back but nice to have it actually happen. Sadly, the share price is only moving very slowly, though at least it has moved up recently.

New S Class looks the dog's *******s and I hope Mercedes will confirm publicly that it is SEE once it is launched. Secrecy has really held this stock back.

Klick what are we paying Stifel for? Are they bringing in any US funds? If they are SEE ought to be shouting about it.

Business is definitely progressing well. Moreover, with the pubs opening + a few million flying off in covid cubicles (planes) a 2nd wave of coronavirus is almost guaranteed. Schools and businesses have to step up their deep cleaning efforts for the forseeable future. My guess is that this could easily double by year end (with contract wins), provided stock market doesn't tank. Multiples on a 2-year timetable. A steady eddy to tuck away.
