I agree with Seeing2020 on this. Otherwise a pretty pointless RNS. Clearly Canberra has been watching our deliberation re. Toyota and Subaru and feels able to give a steer. After all, Cerence are talking openly about Mercedes S Class on LinkedIn.

FotoNation supplied the Gen 1 DMS that was in the Subaru Forrester. Seeing Machines DMS is superior and Subaru are now working with Veoneer and Xilinx. Admittedly, an RNS would be the preferred way to be 100% certain but in the absence of that we are constantly seeking clues.

First gen system wasn't SEE but I did hear that 2nd gen was. Would Kevin be making such a comment about someone else's system? I guess you could interpret his words either way but given Veoneer are the Tier 1 I think 2nd Gen is very likely to be SEE.

If properly announced with an RNS + a little information on realistic lifetime values Subaru + Honda + Toyota = 40p in 2021. No wonder the pretender to the throne felt the need to make a defensive alliance with Affectiva.

Just listened to a broadcast on Linked in by the CEOs of SEYE and Affectiva. Engaging certainly but the kangaroo in the room was Seeing Machines and they made sure they didn't answer any questions re. its market dominance. Interestingly, Martin Krantz did reveal it took 2 years from when the OEM knew it had won the BMW X5 until SEYE had a signed contract. That was years ago. He didn't reply to a question by Seeing2020 re 2nd gen DMS wins by SEE.

2 years....about time VW was announced as a SEE win then. Martin certainly isn't crowing about anything aside from a defensive move.

I'm going to say we need both good PR and announcement of contracts signed when they actually happen. However, we know for a fact that in the past RNS of contract wins are:

a) Very conservative
b) Don't name the OEM

Also, longer term holders have also seen that previous wins weren't necessarily announced via RNS at the time they were 'won'. Or is it possible the contract signing was delayed for a year or more over the Merc S win? Personally, I doubt it.

That grey area may have changed under present management, I can't be sure.

The PR now should focus on consumer/investor audience. We need a decent City PR firm pushing SEE. It really isn't rocket science and has been a blind spot for SEE for years. With more and more cars coming onto the road they need to spread the word about who is providing the brains behind SuperCruise, BlueCruise etc.

PR is a specialist area that requires certain skills that take years to acquire. SEE don't have it in-house and they don't seem capable of choosing good firms to outsource it.

I'm so immersed in what SEE is doing that it comes as quite a shock when I realise how few people know about its important work. Last Saturday the guy from Ford showing me its DMS had never heard of Seeing Machines. When I suggested it might be worth investing in he didn't seem convinced and replied he is into crypto. Nowadays you can't go anywhere without some bright spark suggesting Bitcoin is a great investment.

Dare I suggest that we collectively try and get the word out there re. Seeing Machines to the US public. They are blissfully unaware as to which company is supplying DMS to BlueCruise, SuperCruise etc. Fortunately, Ford F-150 is a cultural reference that I assume US retail investors are well aware of. The masses are gambling on crypto when they could be investing in SEE. We need to help them.

I know some of you have been doing amazing work, maybe it's time for us all to push a bit harder. Lots of good stuff on YouTube on Ford F-150, for example. Leave some comments get the conversation flowing.

If the drop this week is due to fears of inflation, it is certainly a buying opportunity. We're much more likely to end up with deflation as those touting a full blown 'recovery' are likely to be disappointed. If you live by the coast, take a look out to sea. You may just be able to glimpse the crest of a deflationary tsunami heading our way from China.

As the shrunken head in Harry Potter said, 'Fasten your seatbelts, it's gonna be a bumpy ride.' Regardless, I reckon holding a genuine value growth stock like SEE will help keep our heads above water.

Bit of a tree shake this morning. I wonder if news is coming? I've seen with other shares the MMs drop the price to trigger stops. However, there are plenty of shares in this baby.

Great find Seeing2020 and I heartily concur with Lewbo's comments. Adams is keen as mustard on SEE and the company appears to be getting genuine traction in the US. It is about time Robin Hood and its merry band of investors were introduced to Seeing Machines
