What are the odds of the sp finishing in the red today after a MATD RNS with a MB quote in it?

On reading this announcement.

1. Refinery operational by August 2027. A little later than hoped.

2. They require 1,000,000 tonnes of oil. I think they need more.

1 tonne of crude is 7.46 barrels. If correct, he is stating they need 7.46 million barrels. Petro China are only pumping 35% odd of this!! Alarmingly low! I doubt they will give much up for Mongolia as they want it in China!

This requirement is 20,438 barrels every day of the year to feed the refinery!

New blocks to be announced soon.

Matd need to sink and bring into production about 10 to 15 Wells each year to meet this demand IMO!

Matd is still really struggling here. SP stuck and still horrible.

It will move up for sure, and hopefully it will go "Boom" and have "Lift Off" as WOS would say. But urgh! This is grinding!

It would seem that overseas businesses will be taxed at 15%. This would include MATD being a global enterprise that will ultimately have a turnover of more than £627 million.

The OECD has suggested this for Multinational Enterprises (NME's). Is MATD an MNE anyone???

Oil is made from trees. You plant 1,000,000 and sometime, years ahead, this will hopefully be oil!

I do feel smug that we are supporting this initiative!

MATD'S job is to drill and pump as much oil as possible for March 2026, when this new refinery will need feeding with 40,000 bpd!

Drill H3 and H4 etc, please. But we need actual strikes and to pump revenue as a huge priority!

I am seriously invested in this. Very seriously invested. We hold about 1% of the company and I am not impressed by what is happening at all.

I am o lying stating what I am seeing and what we are all seeing. Not ramping, not crashing the sp. Just amazed at this situation and something ain't right!

I had expected this to be circa 12.to 15p per share by now. Perhaps it will be after the contract is announced, but I doubt it on what the sp form is.

My concern is that the sp seems to be under valued by manipulation and either AIM or mismanagement seems to be the cause.

I doubt the raise was a part of anything other than a raise. A very clumsy, damaging and dangerous raise, yes. But not part of a conspiracy to flog the company off cheap!

I agree that the sp will come round eventually.

However, one must ask the questions:

1. Was it not a bit reckless of MB to allow so much dilution through the raise making it look impossible to get a good sp reflected on the back of key and good company rns'?

2. Is the AIM and the UK the right place for the MATD share to trade when the UK anti wealth and high taxing government are pushing the wealthy to flee through their proposed policies?

It is hard to see much happening here for quite some time. Look at the sp today!

Very disappointing day today.

Brent up firmly over the $80 a barrel, up over 3.5% on the day. A great piece of news with the RNS and MATD sp drops.

One day, either in this life or the next, it will get there eventually!

Is this not the ideal time for MATD to go for a NASDAQ listing?

We have a labour government he'll bent on taxing profit investment in shares which has reduces the appetite for people to invest in the UK, especially on AIM.

It must be time to attract investors and risk takers in a market where almost anyone would want a piece of this now, wouldn't it?

Investor, I agree.

I can't explain anything when it comes to the share price. I started my posts this morning with the simple statement that whilst encouraging, this was still not the absolute RNS we were hoping for with gaps in it resulting in a less than exciting sp uplift. This could even go negative - after the RNS. Not the trigger for the multi-bagger as many may have been or were hoping for at all!

The RNS is semi encouraging, but only semi. The sp looks to be back at the opening price only, which for most is unexpected!

There is still a huge amount of room for real progress here, whilst still showing promise. The sp shows this .

I can see things are moving in the right direction. But I am not totally thrilled with this RNS. It is not the multi-bagger I had hoped for.

Good Re the construction issue being sorted. Tick.

Good the H1 is going to pump hopefully in Oct. Tick.

H2 still has a small modicum of doubt but oil quality should be OK to produce hopefully in Nov. Neutral.

Gobi has not been a gusher strike and is a maybe. Negative neutral.

Contract for transport should be sorted soon but hasn't been drawn up and presented yet. (????!) Negative neutral.

There are still quite a few ifs, buts and maybes here. This is why we have a slight increase only in sp!
