RNS now looking likely in 2025.

I liked The Clangers as a child! I suppose they were the slight inspiration to Telly Tibbies in that they made nice noises but didn't speak. The nice kind of clangers!

Dreading the next RNS. No progress anywhere or contract signing will push the SP lower again.

MATD IS due to come good. But will it be in this next RNS? I do hope so for everyone's sake and for a good Christmas present.

Re the need for an RNS - yes we do, but only of there is anything to say.

If we are faced with another RNS of empty nothings or confirmation of dry, dead or uncommercial prospects then SP will be hit.

As my ex always said, "If you haven't got anything good to say, then don't say it!" A leaf from her book for MB perhaps?

I watched Landman last night. A great drama series about oil fields and rigs in the very remote south US. Clearly filmed in the middle of a real life production field.

I was struck by the image of four nodding donkeys, all within 30 metres of the next one, all together. I wish MB had sunk H2 next to the gusher of H1 and secured the gushing income stream. Then perhaps sunk H3 next to H2 and H1 to really pump the income before heading off to look for new strikes in Gobi.

As stated a few times before, I wish MB would get MATD listed on NASDAQ. The SP wouldn't be where it is now and our troubled ride with this company would have been less torrid!

There comes a time when the dam, that has fought hard to hold back the water despite the cracks and leaks appearing, simply can't prevent the water from breaking through. I sense we are close to that point with the share price now!

It will be very difficult to keep it down at these levels once the agreements are signed and MATD as a company starts to drive revenue streams.

Keep the faith. I don't believe we are blindly piling in with "Dumb Money". Christmas is coming...!!

Yes Abzzba. Even a simple statement that due to the new revenue stream there were now financed options open to the company and the company would be exploring these avenues to secure maximum expansion whilst protecting shareholders interests by avoiding further dilution and share issues in the future.

MB looked a little exhausted and deflated to me. Short of enthusiasm or really aggressive revenue generating expansion plans. Just a bit flat!

I was disappointed in the interview yesterday. It was as if it has been prescribed with "allowed" questions and a wide birth around the "keep off the grass" do not talk about topics.

There was no probing into current and medium term funds. Any idea about at what rate Matd would role out their well program, how this would be financed. The same with the sunstep renewable energy business which requires a lot of capital.

It was as if they have been stymied by a low flowing H2 and a very uncertain and poor

showing from the Gobi Bear test drill.

MB didn't seem to offer any vision about how to deliver the massive expansion in activities needed in 2025 and 2026 and he was let off the hook by the interviewer.

All a bit thin, lack lustre and disappointing.

Abzzba, I have not invested in Rockhopper nut I was struck by the similarities between their position and MATD. Though the time lines are a little adrift.

You are right about Argentina eyeing their natural resource being taken when they feel they have a claim. Knowing the UK government, Ed Milliband will probably give the islands back to meet his net zero targets and his sense of validation as a global environmental saviour!

Correction. Statement to pump 120,000 bpd with the first oil being pimped from 2027.

Looking at Rockhopper with their statement of a huge field in the Falkland islands, bigger than expected and to pump 120,000 bpd in 2027 with a production cost expected at $24 pb!. Market cap still at £90m. Low SP 13.8 and high sp 15.45 for 52 wk. Now sitting at 14.35p per share.

Looking at this, it is hard to see MATD shooting for the stars. We are ahead of their plans, but I am not sure we will see the SP much over 15p within the next 3 years. Certainly not at 30p or over.

Thoughts anyone?

No one should have expected sn RNS today. There is too much news and distraction from the US election for it to he noticed.

Better timing would be next week if the news can wait safely, allowing everyone to calm down and get back to a more stable and sensible frame of mind!

Something is out!

So many RNS' and MB messages of positive sentiment supporting the progress of the company, that the SP will decline into negative territory, just like crude did a few short years ago!

MATD has an agreement with PC otherwise they couldn't pump oil and transport it now. That is obvious to all!

We are told that the signing of this deal will take time due to the deal having to go to China for signing. Is this a little red herring?

I wonder if this delay is due to the larger prospects for drilling and development of blocks that is being considered.

Surely a simple contract for a service for transport and refining wouldn't take this long.

Should we expect the RNS to be much much bigger than the short term transport contract with PC?

We will have to wait and see...!

I am starting to think that the big bang lift off moment just ain't going to happen.

This is feeling like a long, slow and hard journey ahead that is going to take years to get the sp where it should be.

Bottom draw for this share. What has happened so far Re the sp impacts, pr lack of it is PANTS.

Simple, functional RNS. No thrills and importantly no quote from MB.

That has to see the SP rocket now. 🚀 !!
