Correct Tra1

Nice solid base again with most traders gone and leeching off other shares.

The phases of investment have moved on from 3 months ago where some weak holders have sold (no issues with that), some placing buyers likely gone too with almost 100% return and now we have a new cohort of holders looking for return on higher SP tranches than the holders had 3 months ago - sets a stronger foundation for the next rise so my opinion on it is that we will like trend upwards past 5p before news and likely 6p onwards after that with little ups & downs all the way through.

Positive news with grades & volume should keep it moving north and once we get past Q1 2021 all going well we should look to leave single digit SP behind.

Lots to come but I firmly believe this jurisdiction and our licence area of interest + Houdini to come in detail will really put us on the gold map. Low Mcap and small enough FF mean this has serious potential.

Most will jump off along the way and take profit but I’ve been here almost 5 years so would like to see it into some form of production, one with zero capex required.

The sale of Georgia is all a bonus now as it was of nil par value so hopefully we see some progress in Mexico too.

Diversification is what we need, its what we got so no reason now to hold us back.

This will just continue in the right direction so don’t vex yourself worrying or thinking about regrets on a few %. The positive on this is that you didn’t take any risk as it could have been 60% up and you’d have less shares and less profit opportunity.

The trend is your friend and the grades are proof this is all about 2021. Never been so relaxed and even missed the RNS & the high of today.

to see certain posters throwing out clearly uneducated remarks in relation to the viability of the project. To be honest I wouldn't dignify those with an answer or explanation outlining why they are wrong however if anyone isn't sure and is here in a genuine capacity I can assure you these grades, at that depth with zero capital expenditure required we have something that currently is slowly edging towards being a nice little earner for Empire.

The second area is extremely likely to have similar characteristics given its location and geology make up. You don't have an area of super mining for generations going on beside you and beside your own gold area without having more of the same. The results of which will be in before Xmas for sure.

The SP movement is of no interest to me at the moment as all we are doing is gathering all the building blocks for 2021. When this clicks and the blocks are ready to be built you'll wonder why on earth you dithered with limit orders or tried to play the drops for a few micro-pence as we'll be rushing past this price area into an area that won't matter one iota if you took a position in late 2020.

My position is well in place and have a substantial holding now after 4 years of buying up, down and around all areas. My average is above current SP and considered "under water" but I'll be floating effortlessly with ****tail in hand soon enough as will anyone else who has seen the opportunity.

Give it time, relax and don't worry about the SP on a daily / weekly basis.

One thing that I do agree with is that I would like more clarity on the remit, roles and responsibility of the current board (5 members) so I will follow up with Mike soon to confirm exactly what the new management team functions will be. I think this is important as I have been less than impressed previously and do not want to see us repeat the same mistakes from yesteryear.

To be clear, this sale does not mean we have no money and a cash call is needed. In my view it means we would stretch ourselves too thin with a long embittered court case with the Georgian Govt as we have done for over 2 years now.

Obviously my views are my own interpretation of things and some might see things differently so would be great to discuss this with the alternate point of view if you see things differently.

I still think Eclipse is where the SP boost will come from so nothing really changed and we’re hoping for some good results there soon enough. I know you all have this info already and nothing new here for you to chew over but thought I’d share my views anyway.

I just had a 25 minute call with Mike to go over the details of this RNS and will summarise my thoughts on what was discussed.

LTH’s must try to understand the reality of Georgian situation (2 of 3 licenses & fighting for the other). 2 outcomes which are we win and get everything or we lose. If we lose we have a further 2 options. We go with the 2 we have or we fight the Govt in court for 2 years and spend a lot of money doing so. It has become clear that most shareholders are not willing to fund a government court case on the matter so this is where CAND come in. They are bigger, financially stronger and can fight our fight without much hassle and have a very good chance of building Mcap with their Mexican Gold story so are happy to just take on the waiting period in Georgia. It does not mean CAND will suddenly get approval and the asset we have all waited for will be taken and reward for CAND investors. Mike has gone over there to offer a consistent message for the Georgian fight but believes this is a very good deal given the reality of Georgia for EEE shareholders.

We are derisking the company as such. With 5 board members Mike will still be involved in a technical capacity but no CEO will be appointed as it will be impossible to get one for zero remuneration (Mike no pay in 2 years). The money you would spend on appointing a CEO is better spent on developing Eclipse and everything to do with that.

Eclipse is looking very good and Mike expects / is confident that it will be commercially viable. Eclipse vein is 2.2m wide avg with strike length 150m - small open pit with 4.7g which is exceptional. 2nd Vein coming soon and both almost zero capital assets which will be toll treated and quick to production. No need for us to build anything.

The team over in CAND are very good and the COO is an experienced operator so CAND also have a very good investment criteria or opportunity (I’ve done no research on this so cannot confirm as of yet but I will be looking at them based on continuing Bolnisi development).

I conveyed to Mike I was disappointed to see him go but he was very clear that he was still involved, very confident and to continue to liaise with him from here on in.

Essentially my view on the matter is this (but please note this is all just my opinion and interpretation of what was discussed and others may have viewed things differently if they had the same call with Mike) that we were going to struggle to continue the Georgian Bolnisi claim and if things dragged on it wouldn’t be viable to potentially throw more money at it with no guarantee of success. In an effort to derisk and drive short-term value and get EEE wheels turning it was decided to go this route.

In terms of Munni Munni there has been no updates on this challenge so nothing to report on that side. As always EEE continue to review additional acquisitions from around secure mining jurisdictions and updates will follow.

Update & interview for all LTH’s in terms of we are most likely to hold on and reap the rewards.

Not the best if you’re a trader as it means results are still days / weeks away.

Mike’s interview was extremely telling from my point of view. This is all about 2021 / 2022 and if all goes according to plan (it really should do) we could be looking at an easy £100m Mcap (using peer companies as a reference).

I don’t care when it comes but we are almost guaranteed a nice Xmas drill result RNS and hopefully a detailed plan for Q1 2021.

Why some here are confused?

That RNS is as clear and gives 2 important notes:

1) shareholding increased as result of placing at exact date in time.

2) shareholding now decreased as result of obvious selling since then.

Stuart has made some very savvy investments over the years if you research AIM. Also seems to stick around for serious gains rather than dipping in & out. He’s here circa 3 years to the best of my knowledge and so is another large investor from Canada also.

Nice to see some activity here.

The story “after years” is finally getting to be told. After licence area delays, permit issues, previous poor leadership (new sheriff in town now) and a series of external & uncontrollable factors (Georgian Govt ousted, Brexit, C19, contract issues and so many other factors that have made this the toughest hold in my portfolio) we now have all the items in place. I said Mike & team would deliver when possible and the time is now (2021) so if you held, averaged down or have just bought in I wish you luck but given every hour I have spent investigating every inch of whats on offer here luck will play a very small part.

Enjoy the next 12 months folks - this will be a rollercoaster for sure.

To answer your question the reason is because it’s AIM and 90% of AIM “investors” are glorified gamblers.

If anyone is upset by this comment you are most likely one of the gamblers :-)

The other 10% of investors know how to play the game and the players in the game. You are right, anyone selling at this point in time is sure to be letting future profit off the hook however some gamblers find winners and profit is profit at the end of the day.

Have said so much about this share in the past that I just haven’t got it in me to go again :-)
