A sensible SP or placing price can only be determined after the fact. If BoD do what they are planning & execute these objectives in quick time then any buy under 3p would be seen as a fantastic entry point.

Time will tell & the less muppets we have posting here the better - trust me :-)

Great to see this trading up, down and sideways after a very quiet spell previously.

As we consolidate with higher highs we also have new owners of the same shares which creates the base point or a new support level.

All part of the plan and we must have sellers along the way. As I said it's really great to see this action on a daily basis. Investor day will generate a new level of interest and it wouldn't surprise me to see some sort of II get involved or at least see an increase in shareholding from certain parties.

Lots to look forward to and many, many catalysts for SP increases.

Hi All,

I’ve reached out to our PR side of the business & requested for the BoD to consider the opportunity for monthly / relevant site drilling updates by way of photos & updates on website & social media platforms.

They have replied saying the request will be relayed to Shaun & BoD to which I hope they will agree some real world visuals of what’s going on at Empire just might increase the awareness of the company & its primary goals going forward.

I would hope this would be value adding in terms of information flow & improve shareholders / market communications which previously were a little underwhelming.

Not sure what most people think so happy to hear your thoughts.

Compared to peers we’re not priced up accordingly whatsoever!

Basic logic & some simple maths will tell you this.

The ONLY reason why this is the case is past failings which I completely understand, however there comes a point when Empire convince the market with their results & new business mapping that could send this back into double digits in a relatively short time.

A rerate is coming this year imo.

These are set exactly as I had hoped they would but in no way is Empire limited to these & if things keep going the way I think & hope they will, exercising these at the stipulated ranges will be a pleasure for all holders to see.

This is being primed for shareholder value & Shaun will be fast-tracking the drills & results to catch this gold wave momentum. I don’t mean taking shortcuts, I just mean he’ll be keen to get as much done as is possible with his resources.

This Mcap is ludicrous & we will look back at 1p / 2p & think “why on earth didn’t I build a bigger holding?”

As I’ve said many times, history is holding this from being twice the price but Shaun et al are now fully focused on the future, a future that is not dependent on governments & JV partners located in dodgy mining jurisdictions.

This is of course the final dividend amount of $0.52 per share (2020: $ 0.89 per share) or approx. $246 million in total representing 50% of the Group’s underlying net earnings for 2H 2021 (H2 being the key item here apologies).

This would have brought the total dividend declared for the FY 2021 to $0.97 per share (2020: $ 1.29 per share) or approx. $ 459 million (2020: $608 million).

I’ve just become 100% better off on my divi here :-)

Excuse my ignorance but how could you have bought in today and receive a 37% yield?

Correct me if I'm wrong but with the dividend being $0.52c ~ £0.39p that works out at 19% yield Vs the lowest point of £2 per share which I believe nobody could fill an order with. If we take an average buy in of £2.40 today the average yield per share divi is 16%.

This is still high of course but rather than have a 2.5 year payback on initial investment, it means that you will have a 6 year return.

Again feel free to correct me if I have misinterpreted your figures.

I've said it before, the ONLY thing holding this back is historical performance.

The market is slightly dubious and given I'm here over 5 years I can understand why, however many of those false dawns were created by external & governmental factors to which Mike did try his very best to navigate without success.

Based on the primary plans not going ahead a decision was made to refocus the business elsewhere (mining friendly jurisdiction) and we are say 18 months into that 3-5 year plan. The path to shareholder value is being paved but it is not yet finished or confirmed.

Am I willing to wait and give EEE one last chance to show me that they are what they say they are? Yes is the answer and this is because I've spoken to EEE in depth over the years and to all members of the BOD at one stage or another and I can tell you two things;

1) They are people who I fully believe are determined to stand over their word and drive this business onwards to show that their reputations are built on solid foundations and that the whole GEO period was a very unfortunate one and out of their control.

2) I'm so entrenched in this company that I can't see the wood for the trees!

One will make us a lot of money from this current Mcap and I mean a lot of money if it goes according to plan. The other!, well that will leave me where I was 2 years ago having written off this investment and left fairly disillusioned.

As most know I’ve been accumulating (averaging down) for 5 years now with what could be considered a relatively large holding. I think I’m at roughly 3p now with millions.

This new path that we’re on really looks to be one that won’t be niggled with issues from external factors (Government / Political) & tbh the only thing holding us back is this historical performance which can only be altered by future performance.

I think Shaun knows his mining & jurisdiction onions so happy to keep taking more with an eye to bank serious profit when this catches the eye of the herd.

After 12 trading and many mistakes let me tell you, buying when it’s quiet (with good news fundamentals) is exactly how you play AIM.
