Now back to Empire,

It hard to believe but just over a year ago we got drill rigs up to Pitfield and identified a giant high grade mineral system 40kms long x 8km wide x 5km down into sedimentary softrock (much better grades than mineral sands producers and easier to extract)

We completed (on time and under budget) a maidan drill programme and found it was full of titanium mineral. We’ve moved at lightning pace with diamond rigs just before Christmas, collected metallurgical and mineralogical samples, another RC drill programme (40 holes / 6000m) and the smart and savvy investors know this is a giant mineral titanium system with arguably the biggest opportunity on AIM.

In terms of why titanium is so important (on critical minerals list) it has enormous applications in first world countries - paints, plastics, coatings, aircraft and jet / engine propulsion systems. Better than steel in these particular industries.

A titanium Calcium Silicate mineral (Titanite) which is unique in Pitfield being made up of 67% of all titanium dioxide in the ground rather than 2% across the world meaning it’s a fantastic opportunity, not an issue or problem which it would be at 2%. Remember Shaun has said he is “VERY CONFIDENT” the mineral WILL dissolve in dilute acids at low temperatures and once beneficiation process is optimised we will be producing a very high grade titanium dioxide product approaching 100% Ti02 (rutile product). Lets park SB’s confidence aside for a minute, and look at the facts. We have 2 Titanium experts with 40 years + each, a metallurgical expect with 20+ years experience all confident that we will be able to get into process design before the end of the year.

We in a fantastic jurisdiction close to port, rail and infrastructure and as an investment opportunity Vs current share price there isn’t a whole amount of money to be thrown at this project. Very little if any drilling required as we have already got the two high grade zones, near surface with high grades. All the money needed is going towards the process development sites. SB is fully focussed on build the demo plant and that will be far quicker than previously expected with the latest find of Rutile / Anastase. There is a projected $52b titanium industry by 2030 and we are as well positioned as anyone to take a slice of that.

Let Shaun and the experts do what they do, let small private investors do what we do. I absolutely disagree with the view its up to Empire to prove doubters wrong in all mud that is slung at them. If I start a rumour or a question on these forums about any company, its not their responsibility to prove me wrong. The company are going about their business and taking it step by step as any competent board would, with assistance from the Australian govt, independent experts and employees with serious experience in some of the major mining companies.

If that’s not enough, don't invest. It's your money.

You’re not an investor LH that’s been proven & your question on a few thousand pounds to prove viability was dealt with by SB is a video interview in April.

Empire do things the correct way, not the way of a cowboy.

People are wide to you now & your attempts to unsettle investors “should” be visible to all however; you will shake a few & their loss is the savvy buyers gain.

Is it conceivable to think that the entire Empire team, now made up of numerous experts with 100’s of years experience in processing, geology, mineralogy, materials etc. are all wrong?

I don’t think it is but like you, we await the final results & confirmation we all want so badly.

I think this is a question that should be put to Shaun or whoever else is attending the investor meetings. You can usually gauge confidence when speaking to them after their presentations.

Saw the RNS this morning and was very pleased to see us hit another important milestone.

It confirmed what a lot of us had been thinking or had done estimated calculations on numerous times over the last few months.

SB can now explain in detail what this means for us and I’m looking forward to seeing / hearing that. It should whet the appetite of others for sure who no doubt are watching from afar.

The key is the extraction process and once that is confirmed (hopefully in time) we have many foundation bricks that are all neatly piled up now waiting to be added to the wall of production. On their own, they are almost meaningless (being too harsh here I know) but when extraction is proved viable then nothing and nobody will hold this back from a re-rate. I’m a tad disappointed with the SP reaction obviously but not surprised as this is AIM and I’ve been surprised on many shares going up or down. If you have a winner, it will come good and so genuinely believe we could have a fairly big winner here. Will read the RNS properly later when home from work and delve into the specifics of which I’ll take up with Empire if I have an immediate queries. I would have done so earlier only I have an employer who expects input & effort for the remuneration I receive - sadly not everyone here seems to earn their so called Titanium related engineering job salary 😂🤦🏻‍♂️🤡

On that sad note, It’s extremely disappointing to see so many disruptive posts from early doors today when every post should have been about Empire & today’s news. In no way should this forum be destroyed by one individual so thanks to all who attempted to create decent company related threads & to those who have tried to clean up the mess left behind. It appears that LSE are taking action when disruptive / abusive posts are made & subsequently reported.

I’ve been sent a screenshot via telegram of your posting and I’m telling you now, keep my name out of your posts as I finished with you months ago, yet it’s clear you have a major & quite frankly toxic obsession with me.

You have destroyed this board which functioned very well with critical analysis for the last 10 years (through some very deep lows & less highs) so I want to put you straight on a number of items.

I have zero interest in you or your thoughts & by the sounds of it nobody else here does. There are hundreds of people who don’t post here also but I’m sure they have had enough of your endless & pointless opinions on things that aren’t even related to EEE.

I am not friends nor do I have a relationship with Shaun Bunn outside of being a shareholder who asks his own questions.

I have scalded all previous CEO’s when necessary and with the SP performance over the last number of years it was necessary. I have not done so with SB as the performance has been superb but if that changes I’ll share my questions then too for all to see that I’m not a man who wears rose tinted glasses.

I share almost word for word my questions & the responses from the company when I have them for all here to learn and try to make their own educated decisions. This has included meeting or phone calls which I try to share as and when they happen.

Absolutely no offence taken and I can understand where you’re coming from.

My very last point on LH is that if he has these seemingly very important questions then why hasn’t he ever sought to speak to the one man who can discuss it with him in detail?

That’s what doesn’t make sense and leads me to the opinion I have on his intentions now and previously, but we can all make our own judgment call on his posts.

I have a few queries myself and I’ll take them up with SB, one of which is our PR performance in Oz, I believe we can certainly do more with it and have discussed this with Shaun twice previously (sending detailed lists of mining related publications & viewership figures), specifically our engagement levels with Australian investor platforms & mining publications. Just because we don’t trade on ASX doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be promoting hard in Australia.

These things take time of course but it’s something I want more information on & will again ask for his thoughts on what our plans are going forward. The communication of Empires projects & plans are a vital piece of the puzzle but in my opinion the potential impact of our PR / IR has been underestimated in some respects.

The ability to show others what we do has in my view been considered peripheral to the business of resource exploration / extraction (I get that has to be the primary focus) but if we are to enhance Empires standing in a relatively crowded marketplace (small cap explorers) we must broaden our sights in Australia rather than aim solely at very select groups of UK brokers & publications (written / audio / video), albeit very important also.

Anyway, this amongst other small topics are on my agenda & I’m hoping SB can provide the answers or thoughts that I’m looking for as a shareholder.

I’m currently very happy with where we stand but we need to keep moving forward and if we believe Empire Metals has the potential to be a big player, we need to make strides and efforts to assist those beliefs.

Exciting weeks ahead for all of us and let’s hope the team really press the flesh whilst visiting EU / UK.

Personally, I’m choosing to believe the experts & do my own DD on everything that is being communicated & so far I have been happy with what I have researched & my understanding of said research.

What I would never do, is give credence to a poster that only turns up after this company communicates good news & tries to cast negative shadows over all the company updates.

Having taken a little bit of time to analyse their posts, timings & content, I believe this poster is involved with another company and is very concerned about Empires likely future success.

This company & SB directly came under personal attack from a number of people a few months back and went from board to board in a very obvious and orchestrated manner. If anyone is trying to suggest that LH is here posting detailed messages to help the ordinary Joe Public investor when he’s not invested in the company then they need to wake up. There’s no such thing on AIM & I’ve seen these characters come & go many times.

Absolutely mischief!

SB has a very busy schedule (now and over the next month) but as always, took the time to reply earlier today as I had a query on whether yesterdays RNS in fact changed things for exploration target calculations or whether it continues apace and remains on the expected lead time for RNS communication.

Really looking forward to seeing this and my hope is that the info within is as detailed as I’ve seen from the man in charge of this document (Mr.Eugene Dardengo IIRC 🤔). Himself & Dr.Trevor Nicholson have added an incredible level of experience & expertise to the team via titanium processing & extraction capabilities & let’s not forget Narelle Marriott (ex-BHP metallurgist - now process development manager) & Andrew Farragher (ex-RIO geologist now exploration manager).

The team SB & Dr.Neil O’Brien have gathered together is a feat in itself and should not be discounted in any way being nothing other than seriously capable individuals.

Couple the team with assistance from the government arm of mining technology (CSIRO) and the potential grants / funding available to us via “critical mineral” status, well this is only going one way.

I was as vocal at 1p when I saw the changes being implemented by SB, he has zero interest in playing to the audience (Market) and full focus on realising Empires full potential.

I can confirm that yesterday’s RNS DOES NOT CHANGE ANYTHING in terms of expected date of exploration target. The geological model can map the weathering as well as the bedrock.

Are you aware of the terms “being made inside”?

There is absolutely nothing untoward or “dodgy” in pre-recorded interviews which are the norm for such updates. It’s EXACTLY the same as brokers & placee’s taking part in a fundraise days before it gets released.

Make no mistake, Empire are water tight on news and have been doing things by the book since Shaun took over as CEO. To suggest otherwise is wrong.
