Personally, I’ve been very clear on my views on SandRock Gate but It’s not about the content of the queries from some posters, if indeed those people emailed the company (absolutely no reason to doubt them) it should have been replied to within 48 hrs.

That’s not up for debate IMO.

I always receive replies to my emails with EEE & have never been left waiting so no personal issues on my side however, we can only take those who said they emailed at face value & having no response to a query that has been misinterpreted via an RNS due to how it was worded deserves a reply.

The fact that some investors don’t know about the mineral makeup of sands & rocks isn’t to be sneered at either, as we all have our knowledge bases across multiple industries & some may not be in mining as is the case here.

It would be great if we could now move on & get back to the real issues at hand, we’ll not issues, the results of thousands of metres of drilling into high grade titanium from top to bottom.

Results ever closer and an abundance of news to come as we head into Summer.

The good news is that the core / base investors are far stronger & likely to hold at 8p now than when we first passed 8p in Q4 2023.

Going backwards isn’t always a negative & with so much ahead who knows where we’ll end up.

Off to Amsterdam for 4 days, hopefully a sustained but incremental rise over the coming trading sessions.

Funny how a 2.7m buy moves the needle 1.5% but if there’s a 270,000 share sell we drop about the same % 🤷🏻‍♂️

MM’s making an absolute fortune here over the last 2 months.

Now back to the 2.7m buyer, has anyone got his or her contact details? I think someone should have told them we’ve been wasting our time on everything since last May because we missed some words in an RNS 🤦🏻‍♂️😂

All those magnetic gravity surveys in the rented ✈️ were a waste.

All the thousands of metres drilling (Diamond & RC) were a waste.

All the recruitment of industry experts from RIO & BHP (process development manager & exploration manager) were a waste.

All the interviews outlining we have stumbled upon the worlds largest titanium find, in tier 1 location, with tier 1 infrastructure with tier 1 government support of the industry was all a waste.

The BoD buying shares for themselves at 10p were a waste

The strategic investor (long-term commitment) who is extremely clued up and a big player in Saudi Arabian construction who bought £3m at 11p was a waste.

Being fully funded for all future work was & is a waste.

The government arm (CSIRO) assisting us with technical analysis is a waste.

The grant of options with exercise price 14p & 18p vesting 6 & 12 months from issue and planned / expected to be exercised well in excess of price were a waste.

The rationalisation of our portfolio only 4 weeks ago to focus on this project was a waste.

Joanne Harts top company to watch in 2024 article was a waste.

The two new employees with huge experience in the fields we need experience communicated yesterday are a waste.

John Mayer (mining analyst) commentary yesterday about Empire having a serious project with unbelievable possibilities was a waste.

Mining Indaba’s 6 companies to keep an eye on in 2024 was a waste.

The corporate presentation from last week confirming all was going well, faster than expected & as planned was a waste.

How did hundreds of experts, strategic investors, our own BoD not realise it was all a waste.

Just in case we have an any new investors looking in today please note my post above is slightly sprinkled with sarcasm 😂

If anything, the company are in a better place than ever before. Roll on the core analysis results, resource figures, plant prep, and barrels of high grade Ti02 ready to be shipped direct to multiple end-users. I’m fully supporting the BoD’s plans and direction of travel. Risks apply like every publicly traded company but the rewards far outweigh the risk (IMO) so that’s why I’m here, going nowhere & building what I can.

I see from your sensible post earlier today that you felt today’s RNS was also good news in terms of our future success. Like you I’ll holding these shares tightly. With continued forward progress, a good strategy, strong expertise & experience from our BoD & the recently appointed employees / advisors, not to mention a little luck along the way, they could be worth far more than they are today. Foresight, belief & patience is required.

Make no mistake, a concerted effort is being made here to discredit this find & some people (good, honest people) are naturally feeling a little bit apprehensive. That’s why it’s done.

I haven’t seen the likes of this in 9 years & I’ve seen the good times & the bad times of NMG / GEO / EEE. I can feel it in my bones & it will all come out in the wash but worry not, the professionals & experts are who I listen to, doing anything else would appear to be silly would it not?

The BoD should not concern themselves by entertaining this however I will say I hope the poster who has emailed Empire receives a reply as it’s very unusual (to me) to hear that it was sent without a reply. SB & Co. have always replied to me within 24 hrs unless they had news due & they deemed it best to reply after news could be discussed having been made public via the correct channels. I have 3 people on filter & I haven’t thought about them once in as many days. From the level of green filtered posts immediately after mine it appears “they” or “one” in particular cares far more about me than I do them! It’s rather sad if I’m honest.

I can only imagine it’s torture considering the replies I’m seeing from everyone else 🙄

One thing is for sure, the markets ain’t ever easy and rewards only come to those who deserve it.

I’m quite content allowing SB progress this incredible project and todays RNS was yet another solid brick in the foundations of a world class high grade titanium producer.

SP is down yes, but like said elsewhere;

Apple stock went from 1.9 to 1.2 in 2005, 6 to 3 in 2009, 25 to 14 in 2013, 31 to 22 in 2016, 56 to 36 in 2019 - you see where I’m going here? All stocks can look like this at a particular moment in time, it’s the destination of travel I’m concerned about not daily fluctuations.

Because the stock drops, doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s a bad thing. The trend for Empire will be positive I’m sure & I’m here to make the most of it 📈

Well done on your buy & yes I agree there could have been far more detail on processing but I think SB & NoB focussed on what they believed were the main queries & concerns of investors & the general market.

Live presentations are extremely difficult & far harder to “Get right” because one wrong word can set the shares tumbling (Remember Ratners Group in 1991?)

For those that are unfamiliar with Gerald Ratner, he managed to lose £1.8b in stock value in less than 10 seconds 🤦🏻‍♂️

He said live on stage at an investor presentation “Ratners doesn’t represent prosperity — and come to think of it, it has very little to do with quality as well,” he began. “We do cut-glass sherry decanters complete with six glasses on a silver-plated tray that your butler can serve you drinks on, all for £4.95. People say, ‘How can you sell this for such a low price?’ I say, because it’s total crap.”

Then, seconds later, just for good measure: “We even sell a pair of [gold] earrings for under £1,” he said. “Some people say, ‘That’s cheaper than a prawn sandwich!’…I have to say, the sandwich will probably last longer than the earrings.”

Ratners group were the largest jewellery chain in the UK at the time.

Anyway………….back to Empire.

Let’s hope the incoming news offers clarity & removes all ambiguity that certain folk might need to hear. Those who are already comfortable can buy the dips so it’s not all bad 😉

In reference to the processing question 17, I contacted the authors of a 108 page research paper last Friday and requested the full access to the research & analysis from 2016 in pdf format via International Journal of Mineral Processing.

My request was accepted and the file received.

Highlights:

• Titanium extraction from titanite using 2-step processing

• Hydrobromic acid leaching

• Carbochlorination of Ti02 from leaching residue

• Hydrobromic acid recycling

• overall titanium extraction efficiency can be 93.8% or higher (likely improved by 2025)

Conclusions:

Titanite can be processed & the research was supported and verified by the Institute of chemistry & chemical Technology & the Russian Academy of Sciences.

I’m still working my way through it but everything I’ve seen indicates it can be done, has been done & aligns with what our independent technical experts have discussed with Shaun & he has presented to us recently.

It’s far more definitive than a made up article posted by a randomer on telegram who has an open position and holding in a company set to be affected by our potential success.

If people choose to ignore the science that’s up to them.

Again, a negative post or constructive criticism isn’t the issue & I’ve said that very clearly. There have been many recent posts with mixed feelings on the company based on last RNS & presentation (most I gave a recommendation to) as they offer a reasonably sensible, well thought out views or opinions factoring risks & rewards.

This isn’t who's right or wrong about a short-term SP position and whether buying or selling today turns out to be a good or bad decision. Only time will tell that, and we all hope it turns out to be what’s we’ve been told it could be. Most signs point to it being very possible & we await the necessary steps to confirm.

Posting negative information (pure conjecture btw) on a company you hold no shares in having sold everything recently is what confused me.

We clearly view that particular point differently but that’s just one of those things which I hope we can move forward from now.

As I said, hope you’re back soon & if so it means we’re all likely to be happy with what we hear from SB & Co 👍🏼

Thanks for the reply.

My disappointment isn't about what you think of Empire or why you sold everything you had as that's your own opinion and as you say, if you preserved capital, well then nobody can criticise that strategy whether the SP goes up or down.

It matters little but I just don't understand why you would start a negative thread on a Sunday in a share you have sold out of? Of course we're all different and everyone is entitled to post whatever they want but it's not something I would ever consider doing as I just can't see why I would care about a company that I have no links to anymore, especially when I was presumably happy with my decision to sell. I'm sure you can understand how it might look your fellow investors who have held their shares and hold a different view on the prospects of Empire?

Maybe it's just me, and that's entirely possible, but ultimately and most importantly for you, you have your capital intact so ATB. Hope we see you back in here at some point in the future with a newfound belief based on some upcoming RNS that alleviates your concerns (hopefully soon :-))

I have to say I’ve been a little disappointed to see your recent posts on EEE. I know you a long time & I know your stance on Empire or I thought I did.

Your tone has changed dramatically this last 2 weeks & the only reason I can attribute to this is the below!

You 2 weeks ago:

I’m assuming you’re still not invested & you have preserved your capital so well done but it now seems that you are driving or hinting at negativity rather than being happy with your decision. You might have been right, you might have been wrong but sadly it smacks of someone now having sold out wanting to drive it down (or hope it does) to get back in or ensure it doesn’t rise proving your sale an incorrect decision. I find it unbelievably strange to see you take the time to start a thread on a Sunday in a share you left two weeks ago. You’re far better than this & as I said it’s disappointing to see.

Diamond core assays will be fast tracked so not long to wait.

Funny as the SP action suggests, the steps we’re completing in record time (keeping cash burn low) are all necessary, exactly as planned & key to our success.

If we didn’t have some doubters and some very weak holders who have been scared out of their positions, the SP would be 10p+ and everyone would be unbelievably confident based solely on last weeks presentation.

This drop is the typical investor psyche and it’s truly compelling viewing from an outsider looking in. The MM’s and city boys have an easy job making money when it’s like reading a book or shooting fish in a barrel.

Have read many books on this & the level of losses from PI’s across all markets including FTSE / NASDAQ / Dow / S&P has been phenomenal. As we know, the markets are designed to take PI money, not make PI money.
