RE: Fundamentals....23 Apr 2025 19:12
WG will be sold within a few weeks for a minimum of 35p
No possibility of Sidara reducing their offer now because nobody will be minded to accept a reduction to an offer that has already been provisionally accepted by the directors and major shareholders
Good chance though that Sidara may be forced to increase the 35p as another bidder could arrive at any time with an increased bid of 45p or more
Also a reasonable chance that Sidara will not get sufficient support from major shareholders at 35p
If this should happen, WG will remain independent, they will successfully refinance without too much difficulty, and the shares will probably be over £1 within 2 years
The low share price now is mainly caused by small shareholders who are holding just 5% of the shares getting scared out of their shares by market makers and shorters, and a few unpleasant characters on here like Aim and Carrot trying to spread fear
Institutions are not even involved now as their 95% of shares are being held by them and not sold as they know that a minimum of 35p from Sidara will be paid very soon
Hold on to your WG shares for a guaranteed 35p from Sidara in a few weeks, or for a higher bid from Sidara or someone else, or for £1 within 2 years should WG remain independent
