Seaview were you at the AGM or are you just repeating an earlier post, from someone who earlier today was asking for feedback on "X" ?

You asked this morning for feedback from anyone attending the AGM.

If this is true then the share price will rocket and multiple people would have heard this.

Are you able to say who provided you this feedback ?

I really can't see Julian putting another £10 Million into SDRY without a radical business change. I know it's an ego power trip to not allow SDRY to die but there is value in the business. In tourist areas the shops are still busy, it's no longer a common high street offering. The young market has gone for that. The brand needs a new introduction and really that has to be done with an online offering.

Bring it back to a smaller scale high street offering and grow their e-commerce offerings and exit the US market, sell IP to 3rd parties.

Was expecting Mike Ashley to show an interest.

Very much wishful thinking but at the current mcap, would it be totally out of the question that an external bidder makes an approach.

They could offer landlords a better pence in the pound rent reduction and someone else who already has the warehousing and infrastructure get the SuperDry brand at a lower cost but also prevents Julian destroying the company and financially gaining from his destructive tender !!

Approx 58 Million share are the current free float, prior to Julian's "I get the company for peanuts" placing.

Look at his public available Net Worth he certainly isn't as cash rich as he used to be.

I wonder where the funding is coming from for his purchase and make sense that he scrapped his earlier idea to acquire the entire company via a more beneficial method to shareholders.

Could we see some TR-1's as the existing free float is purchased and stored ?

I get the negative points that a delisting causes but there is still value in SuperDry. Their rents are reduced, they pull out of the US and other markets.

The killer question is how much value we see based upon the number of shares after his bargain placement

Contract Year Two of the PSC will now expire on 18 June 2024, with a subsequent commitment, on entry into Contract Year Three, for the drilling of one well to appraise the Chuditch-1 discovery. The practical effect is that a decision on whether to enter the drilling phase is now required to be taken at or before that date. The extension to PSC Contract Year Two was requested to allow additional time for the necessary preparations prior to entering such a drilling phase.

Why would he ??

Earlier he was looking at buying the company before this all started, now with shareholders support and massive haircuts on rents he gets his company back at a fraction of the cost.

With both creditors and shareholding approving then they have followed the process, so court will provide final approval.

Delisting doesn't mean everyones shares become worthless and hold 0 pence in value.

I absolutely expect a holding vehicle of Superdry to be created and any sold shares will be held within at the point of delisting

With the level of haircuts that owners of the properties have agreed to take, it pretty much guarantees survival of the brand.

M & G complained there wasn't a method for them to benefit the approval of the scheme.. there is now !!
