This just looks like a shell company, nothing has been moved from Bluejay to 80 Mile yet.

My question is more about why it's taken so long.

Looks like the photo has caught the company out by surprise.

I would assume you enter into an exclusive agreement "prior" to meeting government ministers and partners.

Did other financial interested partners also attend this meeting...No they didn't.

Deal can't be too far off.

Created in May 2024 but only RM listed as director.

Baron Oil (BOIL) renamed to Sunda Energy in 2 weeks after shareholder approval. Genuine CEO and has been true to his word in previous presentations.

Wish I had the same feeling for some of our board members.

Currently we are midway in August and the appraisal well is planned to be drilled in early 2025.

Shell placed a fantastic CoS, due to their previous drilling campaign.

It's all about agreeing on the percentage splits between Sunda and investor.

Investor gains government backing and 100% CoS and a partner in Sunda who are clearly working very closely with the government.

Not many drilling investments have such a short return on investment opportunity... It's crazy to see the opportunity here.

The government photo provides a true reflection of the working relationship between themselves and Dr Andy Butler / Sunday Energy.

Today RNS is a piece of the puzzle being connected, the photo says alot more than just thr RNS alone.

Next announcement I think will be very soon !!

Now that we have entered an exclusive financial agreement and the rig deposit being covered by a previous placing, I fully expect the next RNS to secure the rig so drilling will be confirmed for early 2015.

The rig in question still has availability to meet this timeline but the BoD and partners will know that securing it is now priority number 1.

Timor Gap are responsible for 20% of costs, including the drilling of the planned Chuditch-2 appraisal well.

What a breathe of fresh air to have a CEO in Dr Andy Butler who is true to their word.

Any JV partners will see massive value in dealing with such a genuine CEO, unlike so many junior oil/gas/miners.

Sit back and watch this climb !!

Not many opportunities where a company like Shell provided a 100% COS and funding has taken this major step forward.

There are clear economies of scale for Bluejay to create a project plan / schedule for their gas assets.

When I say news rich I regard the following as pending news, interested to hear from anyone else regarding expected news:

1. Name change.

2. Work plan/schedule following the Outokumpu RNS recently.

3. Disko update.

4. White Flame acquisition of 51% completed and summary of work plan/schedule.

5. Sale of asset to fund project schedules.

6. As a result of number 4 we will see RM's latest TR-1 to show he has not sold any shares, extremely naughty if he has.

7. We could even see a per project update but I would expect a per project RNS.

8. New JV's / Partnerships.

9. The Outokumpu RNS created interest so I would like to see a JV to move this forward and reduce concerns from the market about required funding.

I think we can agree that a placement at this level isn't expected, so don't see much downside from the current share price apart from news delays which no doubt the MM's will take advantage of.

The new (old) management needs to demonstrate they have the ability to move this company forward and then the market may start to value the assets they hold.

I have contacted Eric to ask if project updates are pending until the company name change has been completed.

Barron Oil to Sunda Energy took two weeks from shareholder approval to the change being registered with Companies house.

While it makes sense the complete the name change and then issue updates, it wouldn't be a prerequisite.

RM's last share purchase was at 0.0034, interesting to see if he makes another one.

Personally I want to see the White Flame acquisition complete to see his updated TR-1 of Bluejay holding.

Seems we are in a news rich time period but delays have occured.

Based upon the buy and sale prices before close I would be thinking this is a buy.

Paying themselves off with Bluejay shares... surely that shows they are invested in the company as they will be increasing their holdings.

When the transaction is complete then RM will have an updated TR-1 to show his total new holding in Bluejay.
