Personally I can't see that Bluejay will want to delay anything, they clearly want to get news and messages out into the market.

They will be working with their technical consultants to finalise a cost effective work program for Outokumpu and will update the market as soon as they can.

The acquisition has already been defined in terms of number of shares and value, therefore it's just a transaction process.

The switch from JAY to 80M will be transparent, similar to Baron Oil to Sunda Energy a few weeks ago.

Looking at companies house 80 Mile Ltd was created in May, so they should move this forward at pace.

As RM currently owns 36.70% of White Flame Energy, which will be converted to Bluejay shares I can't see the board activity looking to dilute their own holdings in an extensive manner.

Interesting weeks ahead, although I certainly expect to see the acquisition of White Energy approved by their shareholders RNS very soon.

I thought the Tranch 1 value of buying 51% of White FLame Energy is £1,402,500 so at the agreed share price of the transaction means that 448,540,324 shares are issued.

I am sure I am missing something as the numbers dont add up but given the transaction value of 51% White Flame, I didn't see the shares available for this massive placing we are told about daily...

Based upon the share ceiling and the number of shares that will be issued to White Flame owners, please confirm how many shares are left over to fund this placement to raise funds ?

If anyone takes any advice from these BB's they will lose their money.

From a recent email into the company I received an extremely professional and positive email response back from Eric.

We have already seen that our major JV partner in Disko is positive about Eric and I think you can draw your own conclusions they were less positive about previous members.

With the White Flame acquisition our board members are very much increasing their ownership within Bluejay and it's logical that cost control is very important to them and diluting themselves isn't high on their agenda for themselves or shareholders.

Interesting that with the last two RNS's the default answer from "some" has been.. This is only for a placing...

At some point yes there will be a placing.. this is an AIM mining company. However with newish management they are going through a process of demonstrating to the market the potential value of their assets.

This isn't a fire sale.. we have board members with significant holdings in the company. We have a portfolio of assets and we have major players as JV's.

The exciting pdate with be Disko..

I am sure the company is receiving interest in Outokumpu and if a JV is reached then it's great news for shareholders.

Focus on the main projects and see revenue from JV's which reduces risks and provides income.
