Exactly, I am all for people with experience and knowledge providing their views on a matter but you have to remain objective. Clearly she is not being objective and wants to take down the whole sub prime lending market. But she hasn't answered where these people go to after there is no one left to lend. Of course lenders MUST adopt Open Banking and that is the best way to protect the business and customers. Customers will find it very hard to lie to intelligent software which learns all the time. But Sara is just fuelling the "not my fault" culture and where will it stop, I don't see she is attacking the high street banks with their 49.9 % overdraft fees.

As this an open forum for commenting on the Amigo scheme, what is your option Sara on the people that lied on their application form to Amigo and now claim their loan(s) are unaffordable. I have no doubt that Amigo didn’t have a water tight process for uncovering these lies but people are not forced to take loans out, they can read the APR and enter the process willingly and yet some of these people are claiming now they can’t afford their repayments.

Absolutely rubbish timmycoles, many of the ex-customers will see this as free money and let's say a high percentage are taking advantage of the current failures of the FOS, no one force the customers to take a loan out with Amigo, they were told the APR and they signed because they had no other option and needed credit. If they lied on their application then that is fraud and you don't get paid for fraud.

Plus we are not a mixture of multiple treatments like other Bio's are testing. We are a single treatment which will only enhance our safety story and factor.

The previous trail was delivering results upon safety factor of the treatment. This in itself is a massive result, considering all the nasty side effects existing treatments have. Plus we know the % of patient's that this treatment provided benefits to, again WITHOUT side effects. Now with a partner VAL201 is taken into a wider trial.

Given the new company strategy is clearly JVs / partnerships to remove their costs of future trails, shows that a placing is not required.

This is almost a new company but still people are misinformed and treating the new BOD like the old BOD.

We have a totally different business model and I expect this to be highlighted again in future PR.

We have seen an email from Suzy yesterday saying that no placing is required because they have £2 million in the bank, it's just lazy of the BOD not to include this important detail in today's RNS . I will be emailing her later to raise my concern.

I would have hoped the BOD would have included some comments in this morning's RNS about yesterdays share price movement. Such as no placing is required or is under current consideration.

They included share price comments in the previous warrants update, when the price was rising but offered no support to share holders today.

I've just seen a post on Twitter showing that Suzy has emailed when asked about placing.
