If you see anything which you believe is slander against Amigo I would simply take a screenshot and send to Amigo, they have a very comprehensive legal team and if her comments are against what is legally allowed in terms of offering unbiased financial advise against Amigo I am sure they will take action. They are already active.

There are obviously a number of considerations when purchasing TED shares as they are a business within the transition phases. Probably the most important consideration for me at the moment is if their fashion lines are relevant to the various age groups they are targeting, great to see TED products within this GQ edition.

End of May will start to show their progress on the transition and hopefully building on the current share price.

I have my doubts that she will reply.... But joking aside even she must understand that not ever case can be 100% valid and some are trying it on.
She is not being objective and asking questions about taking the loan out and reasons why, only that they should vote NO.

I lied on my application to Amigo, I knew from day 1 that I couldn't afford the payments. I am aged over 18 and you would have thought I would have known better and I even put my guarantor at risk because they also know my situation. If I am reading your comments correctly ( please correct me if I am wrong) but all of this isn't my fault and the contract I signed I should go against and although I spend all the money from the loan a long time ago and now want to exit out of my agreement without repayments,, are you sure this is okay ?

have replied to one comment today that looks as though it was from an Amigo shareholder rather than a customer and am unlikely to publish any others.

She avoids any questions which might cast doubt on her positioning of the facts. Of course borrowers lied.. they had no other routes for credit. We are talking about people who could have applied to a high street lender.

She is forgetting that she is advising a sub set of people who have no credit rating and therefore very few companies who would lend.

Previously these people would borrow from payday lenders at 1000% APR, these are disappearing due to complaint culture and now the 49% APR lenders are in the firing line but why not attack high street banks with overdraft rates at 49% APR - very simple she can't win again high street banks.

I am rather disappointed you selected not to comment on my question. I am following the sub prime lenders as a topic of the current trend which almost ignores if a borrower has lied on their application.

I am not a current shareholder of Amigo but I do see a way forward for such a company if they adopted the correct procedures and technologies such as Open Banking.

Years ago Piggy Bank (based in Bournemouth) were trying to transition from a poor reputation payday lender to adopting Open Banking to provide a better service but they faced a complaint issue which took them out of business and customers with a valid complaint are likely to receive a very low pence in the pound. Bond holders will receive preference.

Would you not think that Amigo are trying to adapt with their new board and vision but your website is painting a picture that they should be put into administration for any previous mistakes and not be giving a chance to reform ?

You responded to me in the past saying that PiggyBank were trying to do the right thing in adopting Open Banking, Amigo are doing the same but yet your website is painting a very one sided view of the old situation.
